GROHE 26123EN1 Retro-Fit Euphoria Shower System, Brushed Nickel

This shower system is the ultimate in luxurious shower options and easy to use temperature control. We have the 1.75 gpm and it has plenty of strength and it saves water. It’s very difficult to take a quick shower because we want to stay in a long time. We highly recommend this system.

This was extremely difficult to install and would not work with our shower. My husband tried to install it with no success. We then hired a professional plumber to install the shower head only to be told the same. Because of the time it took to try to sort out the issue, the 30 day return policy expired, but not by that much time. I requested a return from Build.com and was denied. I am now out $400 for the fixture, and plumber fees. I would understand if I tried to return after a year, but that was hardly the circumstance. I would not buy from this company again.

I think this product is a decent quality, but the hand spray is weak. Not what I’m used to in other bathrooms. Very disappointed with hand spray, although quality is very good. I spoke with Kohler customer service about this issue and was told that the spray should have more force given the water spray is 2.0. They sent a new hand spray, but same issue. Customer support is very good and will contact again.

I've had this product for 2 years now and the button began to malfunction. it would continue to drip from the top when it wasn't supposed to. I thought that was it but the Grohe stood by their product and helped me out - and so I'd highly recommend this product and Grohe in general.

HG is the worst for water valves. All of their valves and mechanisms are proprietary. The customer service sucks and no one carry's repair parts. Im a plumbing contractor and tell people ‘NO’ when they ask me to install HG and explain exactly why I dont touch them. I tell them RETURN IT ASAP if possible. Get moen or even kohler.

We originally bought this several years ago, in our old house. We recently purchased a new house, and we had to also add this to the new house. We are both short, and most units locate the handheld head, too high! We love how this one allows it to be safely lower, in a slippery environment! The design has changed a little, since our first purchase, but still very functional and nice! My husband had to purchase a small piece of pipe, but other than that, installation took about 2 hours.
