Luna supplied replacement... full marks
Received a replacement instrument direct from Luna in the States as I had purchased the "faulty" original instrument five months previously and Amazon could not help. I was "making do" with the old one but unhappy and so eventually registered my disappointment with Luna. They could not have been more helpful. After verifying the legitimacy of my problem and purchase details they dispatched a replacement which, although the same model, is like a different, and much superior instrument. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Luna again... but maybe direct!
