a must for runners
Wonderful for sore muscles. High density foam holds up to daily use. I could not live without my foam roller. I highly recommend one if you are a runner.

Too hard for me.
I couldnt use this, I found it didn't give at all. I do have a lot of back issues. Also, it says it weighs over 2 kilos. I'm thinking grams/ounces, no?
