Braswell Red Pepper Jelly, 10.5 Ounce (Pack of 1)

I really like this jelly, I add half the jar of jelly to one block 8oz of softened cream cheese. It makes the best dip. Serve with pretzels or crackers. Everyone will love it. But it has to be this Jelly.

This is sooo good to me. I like a bit of sweetness and a hint of spice, and this delivers. It is also thick consistency, allowing for more flavor. The price is reasonable. If you want rich flavor and be able to choose your own level of thickness, this is it.

Just generously smear it over a block of creme cheese, set out with some crackers, and your guests will finish it up (if you refresh their cocktails).

I like the taste of it and the pepper is nice and spicy. The only thing I don't like is that it seems to have too much pectin in it. I thought it would be more like a marmalade consistency like what I've always bought before. This is more like grape jelly (sort of like Jello). It doesn't spread well. I also think it's a bit pricey for the size and gummy consistency, but I will use up this bottle, and when I run out, I'll try to find something else that's not quite so gummy.

This jelly is really nice, well made & good consistency. I really like mixing a spoonful of this with a small bowl of cream cheese to make a delicious red pepper cheese dip. That dip is great with crackers, apples, and so on.My coworker was the one who told me about it when we were bored during a stupid meeting at work that was supposed to be teaching us about teamwork, but was really just my manager telling all about how he personified teamwork as an individual & we were all just like, can he hear himself right now? Anyway, so my coworker worked as a chef in college, & we were talking about good recipes to make when he told me I should try this. As part of his suggestion, he also told me that he went to his cousin-in-law’s bachelor party back before large public gatherings became indicative of bad life choices, & he had consumed way too many drinks, so when they dropped him off at home, he decided to make himself a PBJ sandwich. Only problem: this was the only jelly he had on hand. He said it was edible, but only b/c he was super inebriated. I haven’t personally tested the combo of this jelly with peanut butter, but it makes sense in theory that it might taste like a bad idea had a baby with a particularly sharp pant of regret, so I’m not planning to either. But again, it is really good with cheese & fruit, so take that or leave it.

Completely misrepresented!!! Only one bottle arrived. Quantity listed is six. Price per ounce equals six bottles for the price. RIPOFF!!!
