Excellent Product!
I’ve been a NYC Union High-Rise Construction Foreman for over 30 years with nearly 40 years of journeyman / master-tradesman credentials under my belt. I know from what I speak. This product is regularly used on job-sites and is provenly worth its weight in gold when applied properly. Although the installation process is relatively simple, improper application without attention to detail (particularly when addressing inside and outside corners) can substantially decrease insulation value as well reduce any cost savings potential you expect to realize. Take the time to mitre corners using a miter-box or one of the printable templates (that are readily available online) which meets your specific cornering situation. (some are simple 90 degree bends another example could be a compound 90 degree outside corner with 22 degree flanking joints etc) Be sure to apply contact or pressure sensitive adhesive to your inside and outside corner joints. This will not only create aesthetically clean joints, it will ensure that your joint remains intact and soundly insulated. Most recently I used this product in my home with excellent results. My wife informed me that our new (top of the line) high capacity electric dryer was not fully drying large loads in a single 59 minute cycle. This resulted in running 2-3 consecutive cycles just to dry the laundry as well as a very unhappy wife ( “Happy Wife - Happy Life”) The 90 feet plus ( after accounts for bends and air flow restrictions) of accordion style duct running from the laundry room, through our finished basement ceiling and terminating at a through wall vent under my rear patio was definitely the culprit. While removing the old flexible duct - I was shocked to see (despite having duct lines repeatedly professionally cleaned) just how much lint is caught in the flexible ribbing of accordion style ductwork. This is most definitely a needless fire hazard. I installed an in-line auxiliary blower in an adjacent laundry room closet and used 4” rigid steel ductwork to run under the laundry-room utility sink , through the adjacent laundry room broom closet wall , through the common wall into our 2 car garage ( an approx 35’ run with a single compound 90 degree swivel elbow).I installed 2 spring loaded inline clean out hatched along the garage wall duct run. For good measure I installed a secondary lint trap and exhaust blower in the garage. I installed automatic pressure switches that actuate each of the auxiliary exhaust blowers as soon as the slightest duct pressure increase (from the dryer) is detected. The exhaust blowers each provide an adequate CFM and require very little electricity. I insulated the entire line of 4” duct with this product as to avoid immediate condensation which would occur as the dryer vapor exited the heated laundry room and entered the much cooler garage area, particularly in cold PA winter months. We now have Zero condensation. As a result of the rigid duct sheer walls and zero condensation levels there’s No dangerous lint buildup inside of the ductwork and an immediate evacuation of steam exiting the outside vent. Best of all , full capacity , oversized loads of laundry which once took 2 (up to 3-) 59 minute cycles , now takes 20 minutes to dry completely. The savings in mechanical wear and tear , time , let alone electricity is incredible.“Happy Wife - Happy Life”. This product was key to making this system function as it does.

Check lineal foot description
Description said 24 lineal feet. That is the same as 24 feet. I was expecting 24 actual feet worth of tubing. I only received 6 feet, at a price of $96 per 6ft tube? Bought 3 orders to make 72 total feet, all 3 orders same = 6ft. Due to a very confusing description, I only have 18 ft. for a total of $290.
