Q: Does the gel version provide any benefit over the Tuli non-gel classic heel cup?

The gel version from my experience provides more shock absorbing cushioning. I work and stand & walk on a Corey Tile floor all day long these heel cups for the last 3 years have provided me with much needed cushioning and have made a huge difference with my heel pain to the point that I am rarely experiencing it any more. They also take up the slack in the heel area of my sneakers where my heel was sliding side to side. I have bought multiple sets of this product so that I don't have to swap them out every time I wear a different pair of shoes. So I can tell you that for me they work, love them. Hope this helps.

Q: what is the material in the gel cups

It's rubbery but is probably molded plastic. It's gel-like.

Q: One of the reviews says no returns. I can't find a return policy anywhere. So, do they accept returns?
