The Jack Russell is a Terrier, originally bred for hunting vermin and flushing prey from its den. They possess boundless energy, are intelligent, fearless and can be rather vocal. A smal dog with a strong jaw and dark eyes which show alertness and vitality. Loving to be busy, they can be mischievous when bored, but make loving, amusing pets.
