Great Product
We're very pleased with these mugs. They look good. They are microwave safe and don't get too hot like some cups, when microwaved. I wasn't sure about the straight lines of the handle design but it feels comfortable in the hand and actually more stable, than rounded handles. We plan to throw out some old mugs and buy more of these.

Not 18oz mugs
Update 6/13/18:Bumping up from 3 to 4 stars. I've been really happy with these mugs and they don't seem to be getting scratched/scuffed as easily as I thought they would.Original Review:These are solid. Makes me feel like they will last a long while. However, I docked 2 stars for a couple issues: 1) These ARE NOT 18oz. I don't understand why people are buying these and then confirming that they're 18oz when they are only 16oz. Those customers apparently didn't measure. The main reason I purchased these was because they were 18oz so that's a huge disappointment. 2) These came with minor marks on the glossy portion of both mugs which made me realize how easy these must be to scuff.I still plan to keep because I spent HOURS trying to find the right size mug that will fit in our espresso machine for large lattes (aka big but not tall) and I didn't land on any other options that were in the least bit reasonably priced. Not sure I can justify $20 for 2 mugs but these were the best fit/price for what I need.

Very Solid Well Made Cup - Looks Great
I'm not into sets of coffee mugs or small cups either. So when most of mine "disappeared" or broke over time, I decided to start getting various quality mugs that are of good size (16oz+) with bigger handles, without logos or writing and other junk and....most importantly, do not easily tip. This is my first purchase toward my goal of 6-8 unique mugs in total, and it meets all the requirements. Very nice looking cup too. One that someone might say "this is a real nice mug", which is always cool to hear.All in all, very nice mug. I won't comment on how long it keeps things hot because that does not matter to me so I don't give it much attention. I will say the handle stays cool enough no matter how hot the contents. The handle is also a good size and solidly attached.I won't be buying another one, unless this one breaks of course (that would sort of negate the "unique" factor), but it's a great start to my collection.Highly recommend this mug.
