Good replacement part
One suggestion I have is when a spring fails order replacements for both sides and the cords as well. I had done that but only replaced the one that had failed. The second spring broke a week later and then a cord following that. It appears that they all have a similar life expectancy. I ended up replacing both springs and cords and things are working well now.

Great spring.
This spring arrived promptly, well-packaged, was brand new and shiny, and fit perfectly. It happens to be a very strong spring because of what it is expected to support - the heavy dishwasher door, so it is not easy to install alone. It helps a lot of one person stretches the spring to the length needed to reach the chosen hole in the side of the door, and holds it at that length while the other person inserts the hook of the spring through that hole. Then, you're finished!
