Shortly after Eddie (Mark Feuerstein) loses his new fighter and finds himself $50,000 in debt to longtime nemesis and bookie Memphis Earl (Dennis Farina), he discovers Walter (Big Show), a bumbling 7-foot, 440-pound, life-long resident of the orphanage-turned-handyman with his own debt problems: The kitchen fire Walter caused will close down the church s orphanage in a week unless he comes up with $50,000. Upon overhearing Walter's predicament, Eddie convinces the no-nonsense head nun, Sister Francesca that Walter can win the $100,000 grand prize at the tournament to pay off the church's debts. But in order to do so, he will need to take Walter on the road, enter amateur fights along the way, and teach him how to become a real fighter. Sister Francesca dispatches Mary (Melora Hardin) as a chaperone for both Walter and the money and gives Eddie a week and a prayer to make it happen.

Bought this for my son
I bought this movie for my son, aged 12, for Christmas. He specifically asked for it since it starred a wrestling star. He and his sister, age 16, enjoyed watching this movie, but I never watched it. They liked the typical kid stuff that involved toilet humor but overall, he said this rated 4 out of 5 stars because it was good but not great.

Knucklehead
A delightful surprise. The movie was entertaining and funny. It did not try to be anything more than fun entertainment. I am not sure why it went DVD only as it was as good as any comedy of late at theaters. The storyline is easy to follow and the development of the story and its direction is easy to identity with. It is a cute movie with minimal foul language. You do not have to be embarasses if you watch it with your kids. The cast and supporting cast is quality actors and Big Show does a good job in his role.

We Love Knucklehead!
I bought this movie for my brother for Christmas. It being so far away, I decided to give him an early gift, and gave him this. He was super excited, and has already watched it 5 times within 4 days! It's a great little movie, even I enjoyed it. We all had a good laugh out of it, and the Big Show was fantastic in it. Would love to see him in more movies!

you'll laugh your head off!
This is such a funny movie. But take my advice... pause it before the bus scene and take a potty break. That's how hard you will laugh. I bought it because the Big Show was in it. But I also found the nun to be very funny. And it is appropriate for children! The most they will see is Big Show's underwear in one scene that doesn't last long. That's probably the reason for the PG-13 label.

Great movie, good for adults and kids. I got it for my brother for Christmas, but I watched it a few times myself.

When I bought this Dvd I wasn't expecting much . but, I am surprised it was quite funny. The main actor'Big Show' a WWE wrestler truly showed he has a great since of humor. I am looking forward to seeing thisman again in another film.

A very funny film with a simple to follow plot. The Big Show really puts himself out there for ridicule and pulls it off. It's good to see a more human side to athletes and sports entertainers.

Bought this as it was in a sale and was very happily surprised by it. Great film if you want to put something on and not have to think too hard.
