Can these pens be refilled with my own ink? Like other calligraphy pens that have a refill attachment you can fill with your own ink.

They can be made into eyedropper fill pens. The used cartridges can also be refilled carefully with a syringe (this is what I do), but if you are asking about the thing that looks like a converter, it isn't really one. It is just to clean the pen and does not fit snugly enough to use that way.

Is cartridge ink waterproof?

I am NOT sure if the ink is waterproof; If it is NOT on the package; then its absolutely NOT WATERPROO.

What convertor can I use with these pens? I don't' want to have to buy refill cartridges.
