A great meditation aid
I have found the Muse a great meditation aid. The hardware of the band itself is superb. It's very easy to fit and very comfortable, sturdy construction and minimalist. Battery life was a concern in the reviews I read but I'm using it daily and only charging it once every 10 days or so which is not a problem.The recently updated Android App is a much better experience than it's lacklustre predecessor but it's still a fair way off being as good as the iPhone experience (hence only 4 stars). It does appear that they are working on improvements over time and I'm hoping for more variety in scenes scapes (the sounds you hear while you meditate including the feedback - currently there is only woodland and sea). The good news is that software is easy to update, the headband itself does everything you need it to.I can honestly say my ability to meditate has improved markedly since using Muse and I've reaped the benefits that a calm mind brings. I've been meditating on and off for years but having the Muse has been a real fillip to my experience.
