Great chair, but modification needed
The chair looks great and is very comfortable. Provided installation instructions were easy to follow. The only reason I didn't give the chair 5 stars was because I had to tap the threads on the backrest. This was only a problem on one of the threads on the backrest, but its very important to have all four bolts fastened to the seat for stability reasons. If someone runs into this problem with the backrest you'll need 8mm tap with a 1.25 pitch for the threads. If you manage to strip a bolt in the process the measurement for the backrest bolt is M8x20mm 1.25 pitch

Waste of money!!! In the trash in 6 months! - From three stars to 1 star
Additional edit. 6 months after purchase, I have been forced to throw this chair away. Amazon didn't offer any support neither did the original seller. I do not recommend this at all.Original review below but I found the recline extremely stiff. I'm a few months in with this as my only desk chair and it has started to lose seat height to zero over the course of about 40 minutes every time I sit in it. I'm only about 150 pounds. Waste of money!!!Original Review:"Good but the chair is extremely stiff in the recliner so don’t expect to be leaning back too often"

NOT happy with this purchase and returned it.
I was needing a better chair due to work at home and so on. I was elated that my company gave me an allowance to purchase one. Slap me in the face but I went a little above cheap. Learned my lesson on this one.The chair never got assembled because on the second step where you attach the cushions (back/bottom) together on the reclining mechanism and its matching piece on the left side - I encountered a very frustrating issue. The bolts supplied were barely long enough to make contact with it's mate (the bolt section embedded in the cushion). By the time I made contact with it and spun the bolt it started stripping the threads. This was regardless of how much pressure I placed on the bolt to squeeze into the cushion and make the bolt touch the nut's threads. This was so frustrating that I deemed it NOT worth the 52 minutes I spent just getting this last bolt in there - that I disassembled it and called it crap! So happy to send it back from whence it came.Fair warning: and extra amount of patience and perseverance is required on this brand/model!Waiting on my refund and spending double on the next one.I strongly suggest that you move on from considering this item.

It was a BREEZE to assemble & SUPER COMFY
I surprised my boyfriend with this chair...although reluctantly (due to the low rated reviews). A lot of reviews spoke about the complications of assembly and having to send their initial chair back for a replacement...NOT THE CASE! I was geared up to help but he put it together while I worked away (from home). It took about 40mins. He’s no handyman but this was an ease. He’s really detail-oriented; the directions must have been pretty straightforward. He’s so happy! I’m glad I made this purchase!

Good quality but time consuming
Great sleek design for the chair. The only reason I gave it 3 stars it was so hard to build. The screws would not go in sincero was taking the leather with it. I had to cut threw the leather to make sure the screw would go in. It is not noticeable since it has covers. I’ve built many chairs before but this one was the most complicated. I spent a total time of an hour and 30 min.

Great Chair! Wrong Conditon on Arrival...
This was my first Amazon Warehouse experience:I bought this in “Like New” condition from the amazon warehouse (my first used purchase ever) and let me just say the quality check was either poorly overlooked or the shipper was careless. The chair arrived with a large rip in the pleather material and zipper on one side of the chair. If this damage was pointed out in the description and rated as “Good” NOT “Like-New” I would have reconsidered my purchase. The chair was easy to build - I just used common sense. Go slow and dont force anything into place! Everything fit perfectly into place and all the screws tightened fully and correctly for me. No issues here. This chair itself lacks alot of padding compared to most - the portruding pieces are not filled in with any material so its just the leather on top of a metal frame with minimal padding overall. The pillows are great and use non-adjustable elastic bands.I may need to put more stuffing into the back of the chair in order to have a better experience during long periods of sitting.I give the chair a 6/10 and the experience of recieving a damaged Like-New product a 0/10.

Super comfortable!
I called the company since my son assembled the chair and it seemed faulty as the back was not staying in an upright position... they confirmed that may be an issue... however, I insisted my son take the chair apart and allow me to help him go slowly through the instructions more carefully... and voila it is perfect in every way!

My chair started out great but broke very quickly.
I've been using this as my main gaming chair since March 2018 and the chair has been slowly falling apart since I got it. It started with just simple rips in the leather within the first few months. Then I started to notice that the left armrest started to become every loose. Then after another few months I started to notice the whole chair was leaning to the left. It turns out that the manufacturer made a mistake and the center was off so the whole chair is leaning left to the point that I've hurt my back. I would not recommend at all. It seems like a really good chair at first but it's just gotten worse and worse as time went on.
