Will this help with putting the Spark more inline for helmet use? The stock one is to offset!

Worked fine for me. I mounted this item on my Spark and then mounted the J-Arm Mounted the J-Arm ($29.00 on Amazon at the time) to a NOROTOS Titanium Rhino Mount II ($56.98 from eBay brand new) and then the Rhino to the helmet NVG mount. Hope this helps.

Will this work with the armasight Sirius?

Is this same dimensions as wilcox dovetail?

Unfortunately not. If you where to buy this time you may have to modify it with a file for it to fit dovetail.
