Hoover BH53121 Fusion Pet V2 Cordless Stick Vacuum Cleaner , Blue

This thing is awsome great for spot cleaning or small rooms battery holds a great charge we can use it for like 3 to 4 days on a charge in a medium sized area without any problems it will plug up if your cleaning up bigger items or hair but is easily taken apart and cleaned all and all this is a great vacuum would purchase again without thinking twice

I bought this stick vac to vacuum up cat litter that my cats track across the tile floor, but it did not have enough suction to pick up the cat litter. If it can't pick up cat litter off of tile floors, I don't see how it can pick up anything else on hard floors or carpet. I have several other Hoover products that I am satisfied with, so I was shocked that this model was so poor. I have had a Hoover Linx Stick Vac for almost 10 years that I use to pick up the cat litter and fur on the tile floors and it works fine - picks it up the first time, even on carpet. So I am sending this one back and I'll keep using my old Hoover Linx until it stops working.

I love this vacuumed cleaner. It is so handy. So light and it cleans so good. I have wood floors and you can see every crumb on the floor,and it’s so easy to turn my stick vacuumed cleaner and clean with no problem.

It has just enough power on one charge to do my rugs and furniture. With two dogs the canister fills up quickly. Charges quickly and has a great attachment for removing dog hair from my furniture. Revised: After less than of year of easy use (a few rugs) the battery keeps shutting off. When I attempt to charge it I get a warning light. Hoover does not respond quickly, I waited over two weeks, and sent me instructions to 'reset' the battery that doesn't apply to this product. I also sat on hold for almost 45 minutes waiting to talk to an agent. Would I buy again? NO!! Revised: hopefully for the last time. After almost two months since the first battery problem I received a new vacuum from Hoover yesterday. While this is a good thing, I really would have preferred not to spend my time on this. So, would I by again? Probably not.

My roller stopped working and now I have to find someone to fix it.

This is the second one of these cordless vacs I have ordered. The first I ordered to use in my remodeling company for cleaning up at the end of the day. It's not an Electrolux or an overpriced Dyson but it does a nice job on carpet and hard floors. It is easy to operate but you should save the instructions for cleaning the filter and attaching the various nozzles.It does have a warning light that comes on when the filter is too dirty or some other malfunction occurs. The instructions outline how to clean the filter with water but I found it easier to clean it with compressed air.It is light and easy to carry around and with the swivel head, it is very maneuverable. Best thing about it is THERE IS NO CORD!!!

We are not happy with this vacuum. It is so hard to start. We have to remove battery about 3 times before vacuum will stay running. It does pick up dirt but it is such a hassle with the starting issue. Would return but we disposed of box already.

I just got this item and have only used once.Attempted to use the vac today and I get this triangle indicator on the dashboard alerting me there's an issue with the battery.I fully charged the battery initially per instructions and the machine worked ok.When trying to charge the battery now....Im getting this very lazily blinking green light on the charger which has been blinking the same now for an hour an a half.This is a poorly made and very unreliable product....I will recommend to anyone not to buy.

Whilst not an issue so far the product does not seem as powerful as would have expected. Not an issue on hard surfaces but not so good on stairs/fabrics.
