This is a beautiful book. It is easy to see when viewing it why it won 2 awards. It has vibrant colorful pictures, recipes for anything you could imagine to do with figs (and things you wouldn't have imagined). It also has great infor about varieties of figs, how to pick a fig, and how to store and dry them. If you have a fig tree or plan to get one, I highly recommend this book!!!!

I love this book! I rent where I discovered two fig trees in my yard and this presents so beautifully everything about figs and how to eat them and is a helpful, beautiful book.

This book has great information on everything from picking the figs to drying or canning them. It also has some great and unusual recipes. I bought two copies of this book - one for me and one for a gift for my friend who shares her figs with me! Great purchase!

I was hoping it would have more about growing and different varieties. It is mostly recipes
