Accidentally sprayed it on my hand when I put on the cap and it STINKS also the sound is so loud will defo deter anyone too close. Arrived on time and the case allowing it to hang round your neck is very helpful

I bought this product for my own use as I walk to the bus stop Wednesday to Friday at 4.20am to catch the 4.50am bus and Saturdays I have to walk into the city centre which is about 25 to 30 minutes away from my home and as I have to catch the 5.15am bus from the city centre I felt it necessary to have this as a way to deter any one who would either try and mug me or attack me as I walk to catch the bus to get to work, I tested it out very briefly and it is very smelly ( smells like freshly crushed garlic) and very loud definitely worth the money and piece of mind.

I’m ready for pesky dog thieves 👍🏻👍🏻 Good price, the only thing 8 would say is the spray, even when closed gives off a slight smell in your pocket or hand.

Purchased for my wife and daughter in these uncertain times. An essential bag filler.

But not been attacked so no idea if it works or not & would prefer never to find out!

This is an excellent product the third ive bought most peoples gripes seem to be on leakage ive never had that problem because i put the purple cap onto the cannister and gently push down untill it activates then release and put a small piece of tape to secure the cap in place then push down on purple cap to make sure it works then job done and as most ladys bags come with a mobile phone pocket this is ideal for vertical storage and easy to get your hands on should you need to

I Was EXTREAMLY disappointed with this product. it is nearly impossible to use because any attempt to attach the purple lid sets it off and lets loose the pungent garlic odour. This product would be virtually USELESS in an attack because you have to set it up, granted the alarm is loud, but I do not see how you would have the time to use it. I bought this because I was worried about my relative walking home late at night from work, and I was horrified by how useless it is. Is she supposed to carry an aerosol that reeks of garlic in her bag? is she supposed to request an attacker wait while she switches lids and activates the alarm and could he please wait to be coated in garlic?! this is making a mockery of the real danger a female alone can face, I regret wasting my money on it, and the only reason I didn't send it back was because we didn't want to deal with the smell or risk setting of the alarm which can happen at any time if the purple lid is on, we chalked it up to wasted money, and as I bought 2 I was frustrated at having my need to protect my family exploited and being conned into buying this rubbish even though I researched it and it sounded good. In conclusion please try an alternative product such as an alarm PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Makes me feel so safe and both work like a charm, had issues with the alarm being temperamental but it has stopped now, the spray smells and is bright red- perfect to keep you safe
