I really only needed the horse shoe ones to keep my Daith holes open during surgery.Pros- very tiny, which is great if you want to hide your piercings.They are a clear plastic/acrylic, so if you have a medical procedure, they are allowed in all places I have gone, anywayCons- Very tiny. Lol the con side of that is it’s dang near IMPOSSIBLE to get the ball screwed back into the end of the horse shoe. And make sure if you are leaning over a sink to place a towel (dark color preferred) over the whole sink so you can find them when you drop them -and you WILL drop them haha. I ended up having my sister put them in for me. It took quite a few tries, but she got ‘er done. :)I didn’t use any of the other items, as I didn’t need them.

I actually purchased this, so I would be able to not get beeped when I cross the metal detector through the airport. It is silicone, and it is relatively easy to put into your septum. (I only bought this for my septum, because my septum is pierced) The only issue is screwing on the balls, I have huge hands so it does give some complication, but I can easily flip this up without an issue. The packaging wasn't damaged and everything was in good condition, so that is a plus. All I can say is, have someone help you screw those balls!

Bought for my daughter as she needed a plastic one for surgery. Was disappointed to find they are so small they might only fit the nose of a small child.

The plastic was not very sturdy I’ve already had three of the septum that have no balls because their crap and I didn’t even get to wear them I was very bummed out about it and The balls are kind of difficult to screw on once you get septum bar in your nose but other than that they’re very comfortable but would not recommend

I read the reviews but took a chance. Way to small. I have a big nose but the Gauge for my septum is 18. Thinking I could use them real quick for surgery. NO GO. The size of them doesn't look like their equivalent to the original gauge. O well...I'll give them away. Bless someone else in need or in want. Wont purchase again.

Having and MRI and surgery soon so I bought these as retainers. Fit great, sturdy, comfortable. My only complaint is how tiny the beads are. Impossible to swap out my daith alone, so maybe find a buddy. But works great!

Exactly what I wanted.I got my cartilage pierced nearly a year and a half ago and neither peircing has completely healed even still. My mom has a sensitivity to metals, even surgical grade metals, and I decided to try something different in hopes it would make my ears hurt less. Turns out I have the same sensitivity, and since I put these in a couple days ago, all the pain I was having in the area around my peircings is entirely gone. They're the perfect size, they're -almost- completely clear, and they feel and fit fabulously. The balls that come on them are completely clear, however the actual part that goes in your ear (or other peircing areas) isnt as clear, but I am still satisfied as they still aren't noticable despite that. Best product I've received from Amazon in a longgg time. They come in three seperate tiny baggies, which all are inside another tiny plastic baggie, which is inside a velvet pouch. It's a little much but I wasn't dissatisfied with it. If you buy coloured balls for them make sure they're 5 mm balls, as that's all that fits on them.

This product it exactly what it was supposed to. Had a very quick turnaround on a surgery and needed these to go into my newly pierced piercing. The shipping time was amazing. The product worked very well and I have different ones if I have to have surgery in the future
