This product is fabtastic. I have personally tried several products over the years but have never had one that provided almost immediate impact.From ordering to raising questions on the item, through to the product itself this has been a very pleasant experience.I ordered the product on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the delivery.The item was well packaged and not in excessive boxes and wrapping. But sufficient to ensure it safely reached its destination.The product packaging feels superior. It's well labelled and clear. No gimmicks but pure easy to understand instructions and facts.I use daily and love it.Easy to swallow unlike other brands and does not repeat. I simply swallow before a meal and feel the effects throughout the day.I have always suffered from a little bloating and sore joints but I could instantly feel the difference after taking these.I feel more regular, less bloated, joints feel better. It's also had a positive impact on my sleep and energy. I personally feel it's related to better intestinal balance and regularity.I have recommended to friends and family which is not something I personally would do unless I felt truly comfortable with the offering. I heard Magnesium Glycinate helps with period pain. So far, it’s been easy on my stomach and easy to take. While I haven’t noticed a big difference yet, I’m optimistic that with continued use, it will provide some relief. Looking forward to seeing how it works over time!

I love Incite products

Been taking these for a few months now and they have really worked well for me in several ways. Firstly, they’ve helped me sleep. Secondly, I’ve noticed a real improvement in my mood and I notice a real difference if I miss a couple, so I know they work. Thirdly and one I wasn’t expecting, they’ve helped enormously with my hormones.... I haven’t had a bad bout of pms since I began taking them. My mood is much more even. BIG thumbs up.I also bought some for my dad who has type 2 diabetes, and in all honesty, I was beginning to worry had the first stages of dementia. He’s a stubborn man and refuses to see the doctor. He has been deteriorating for a year or two and just sits watching tv... zero interest in much and has little conversation any more. Since taking magnesium, he’s really perked up which is fabulous. He’s chatting and reading again... I’m not touting this as a miracle cure lol, but within a week, my dad had improved and continues to do so. I couldn’t be happier with the affects of magnesium we’ve had!

My muscles were all sore , my fingers and toes were sore after taking these for 2 weeks. My daughter had the same problem, when I went back to my normal magnesium I was fine within a day.
