I received the bobble head of my Daughter and her husbands wedding photo. It was very well packaged. It looked just like them. I was so pleased. They did a wonderful job. I had a custom cake topper made of my wife and I where she was made to resemble Wonder Woman and I was made to resemble Sigmund Freud. This was an idea that we had for our wedding, but wasn't available when we got married. The sellers/manufactures did an absolutely wonderful job and were such a pleasure to work with. I had started asking them questions asking if they could do what I wanted, and could it be done in time for Christmas ~ just over five weeks away. They answered all questions, both pre- and post- sale in a very timely manner, which was incredible as they're in China. Their questions were very helpful in terms of me clarify what I was looking for. Images of the workups of the items were sent on for review. I just asked for a couple of small changes, even indicating that they weren't crucial, but those changes were implemented and sent on for my approval.It was such a great shopping experience and I couldn't have been happier with the final product. The shipping was fantastic - I think five days from mainland China through Anchorage to Ohio. Just amazing!And, my wife really like the cake topper, also. I'm so thankful for how it came out and appreciative of their patients, support and communication. If I ever needed another such item, i'd e delighted to work with them again.

I ordered based on the other reviews here. Even after multiple suggestions it wasn't worth the money or time.

The final product didn’t look like us. Tried to surprise wife for valentine. It wasn’t a success. Could use some 3D modeling tools to make figures look like people to get better outcome.
