Really quick delivery. Video to show how to make the impressions really helpful. I found it easy enough to do and couldn't wait to try them out. They feel like a really good fit. Gel is rubbish but I want expecting it to be any good and have ordered another gel. Great product and much cheaper than getting the dentist to do it

I ordered this and an impression tray came with no gel so I did the impression of my teeth and sent it recorded delivery I then got an email saying that my impression was not deep enough and I had to buy a replacement kit for £12 and this might not work so this costs £45 up to now with no guarantee the next on will work. Don't buy this item waste of money.

I don't think this is very useful for using bleach, the guard went above my gum line, so i have no idea how I'm meant to remove the bleach from my gums before leaving it on for an hour. The instructions weren't very clear on this part although they were ok for making an impression.Also, you have to pay to post back the mouth impression. Saying posting and packaging is free is a little misleading.

I bought a teeth whitening kit from another company and it came with those horrible plastic trays you dip in boiling water then mould to your teeth.Obviously, they're just rubbish so I purchased these custom fit trays and I couldn't be happier. They clay is so easy to use and creates a perfect mould of your teeth, I posted the hardened clay mould back to the company and a few short days later I had perfect trays which fit my teeth like a dream. They're flexible so very comfortable to wear (I've even accidentally fallen asleep in them) and mine are still going strong. Would definitely recommend this product.

Nice fit, although it only covers half of my jawline (10-10 teeth on top and bottom), and after a week using it there is no effect of whitening gel.

I've just received my trays and syringe of whitening gel and the trays fit very well. I previously had trays from my dentist and these are similar quality. It can be quite tricky to get a good impression, I had to get a replacement kit but their customer service was excellent and you can send in photos which will allow them to tell you if they are ok. Good value. Recommended.

Absolutely great! All straight forward to do....make sure you read how to do the impressions thoroughly as I'm sure it's easy to mess up (or not do well enough)....just make sure you press ALL teeth in, even the back ones, ensuring it covers your gums and DO NOT MOVE!Even the whitening gel was effective - it's just as good as the stuff I got from my private dentist. I have fixed retainers on the back of my teeth - bottom ones are covered with a thin plastic strip and the top ones have a metal bar that stands away from the teeth as its glued in place with big 'glue' dots ....I still had no trouble with the impressions.Highly recommended!!!*****

Not great service very slowHave done it 3 times but they have a problem everytime i send back ie not bite hard enough to much drag you get email to tell you to purchase again so get expensive go to your dentist it as cheap
