Have you had to replace the air damper? Cost? Not found on the iTouchless web site.

yes, mine went out yesterday. now it just slams the lid down. new dampers are easy to replace. just pull the old one out and stick the new one in. they are found on the iTouchless site for 19.99

Can you post a picture of the trashcan open with a bag installed? Also, how do you prop open the lid? The picture just shows someone pointing at it.

While I am sure that it is not airtight in the technical sense of the word, the lid does close completely and no odor escapes. We have two cats and I have noticed a distinct absence of odor since we bought two of these (one for regular trash and one for recycling materials. We are very happy with these cans.

What is the demensions of trash can?

I had the same question, so I spoke with iTouchless customer service. They said that the dimensions for their SoftStep™ 30 Liter Stainless Steel Step Trash Can? Other websites list the dimensions are 10" L x 13.5" W x 24.75" H -- the same as what's listed on their website and states in the product information here. Due to the contradictions about the size, I'm hesitant to purchase the trash can. The space I have only fits the smaller dimensions. The only person responding about the discrepancy is th seller. Can someone who purchased the trash can measure theirs?
