This mug came perfectly as described. My listing stated that the picture would be slightly visible through the black and it was, so I appreciate the seller being upfront about it. The pictures and wordings were clear and communication was strong in an attempt to make sure that the buyer got exactly what was purchased. Packaging was good and the mug arrived undamaged, and the whole process really took less time than I would have expected for custom work.

The image shows through the black. Like 100% can see exactly what it says. The mug in it's self is a great mug though, sturdy with a good handle. Just if you are hoping for a fun surprise you will be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  Hopefully the video explains how great the company I purchased this mug from is. I LEGIT expected a small looking pic on each side. Both pics took up the entire mug. They went out of their way to touch up both pics it looks like 5 STARS all around.

Make sure your text is not way at the top or your picture because it will have to be filled all the way to the tipsy top of your cup to see everything.

Very poor quality. The text and picture are extremely clear/ visible when the mug is cold. Pointless having it as there is “no reveal” when filled with hot water.
