Bought this chair on recommendation from a friend who bought the same brand but with a foot rest.The chair was really easy to setup. Didn’t take to long at all.The chair itself came with a neck support and lumbar. Both were really easy to install and the lumbar pillow was easily able to move to better align with your lumbar for support and comfort.The material is a light fabric but it holds down really well. It barely looked used after constant use and for several hours each day. The comfort ability allows for long periods of use which is suitable for work and play.

The chair was easy to assemble. It took me around 20-30 minutes, and I'm not extremely experienced with this sort of thing. The parts were all clearly labeled, and it came with the required tools.The chair is really comfortable and looks great. You can lean right back and it will support your weight - I have accidentally fallen asleep in it once or twice!The only problem I have is the arm rests don't lock into place. I'm not sure if they are supposed to, but its a little annoying.Overall I would highly recommend this chair for the pricepoint (I got it in the prime sale for £100).

Bought this as my old chair broke. Easy to set up and comfortable with the padding. Few improvements could be made:Chair feels like I'm going to slide forward, a slight upward tilt would be good. Arm rests are quite wide and I find myself having the angle them inwards to suppose my arms. Other than that it's a great chair and I'd recommend

I always wait a little before posting reviews of furniture because i want to know how their wear and tear goes. This chair didn't hold up.I've had it a year and it's creaking already,the pressure piston goes down gradually so i can't keep it at any custom height any more,the foam on one of the armrests is peeling off (I have not been peeling it my self, it just disintegrated over time)The armrests clicky gear that keeps them pointed in a specific direction has already worn down and moves with no force at all (not enough that it swivels, but just enough that your elbow can accidentally click it to the next setting by accident) (height adjsutment still holding strong, at least)the plastic hole trim on the backrest hurts your shoulders with no way to remove them. I ended up snapping them off by force (i had to use the back of a claw hammer to pry them off.) (the chair was way more comfortable after that.)the padding in the seat is still spongy and comfortable at least and the leaning mechanism is still strong and still works very well.the back support cushion helps sometimes for comfort but then gets uncomfortable and i switch between supporting my upper back and then just putting it at the bottom of the chair.. i should probably just get a better cushion (one that didn't come with the chair) but i'm lazy.oh and the neck cushion is useless. i tried to make it work but it's just so uncomfortable and i took it off. it arrived ripped with the stuffing poking out anyway. (proof of poor quality assurance.)It's still a chair, and I use it every day so wear is expected, but i expected the armrests to last a little longer at the very least.I wouldn't recommend this chair to anyone and when this chair's creaking and squeaking inevitably gets on my nerves enough and I need to replace it, I won't be buying anything from the UMI brand again.

A great chair. Very comfortable and easy to assemble, although you do need 2 people for it.

There's something seriously wrong with this chair . I was ought it as a gift by my wife so I did not say anything about the chairs downsides .Ok now she can see 1 of them for herself ,so I've told her about everything that I kept to myself !On opening the box I was pleased with the first looks . As I assembled the chair I wondered why some things were like they were . To cut a long story short I was appalled to find out how much she had payed for it. I'm Sat nearly on the floor ,the chairs piston cannot hold its own wait ! It just drops to the floor when I showed my wife she was shocked quoting 'I'm sorry I did not buy you a cheap chair ' then burst into tears after I told her I'd kept faults in the chair to myself....

Very quick to assemble.Comfy, very adjustable and easy to clean. My only complaint is that mine is slightly squeaky but nothing some WD40 won’t solve.
