D'lecta Natural Cheddar Cheese - 200 g

This natural cheddar cheese is much better in texture, taste, smell & appearance than the one made by Amul. Britannia's Natural cheddar cheese was a bit better but unfortunately, they've discontinued it. My only gripe is that Dlecta refuses to sell the 1 kg size in retail, despite repeated requests.

Good quality

It has the natural bitter taste of cheddar. It also has the smell of cheddar. What it lacked was the colour and texture. One can argue that this was processed but what I think is that it could have been better and a bit more "cheddar" like. Packaging was good. Came inside an ice pack. I have used it to make pizza. It alone will not make much of a pizza but toss a bit of mozzarella and you have the taste as well as texture of a damn good pizza

Unbelievably great. I have been buying this since two years. Having said that it also depends upon the lot. Sometimes they produce a world class lot. Sometimes it turns out to be just about above average quality. Some pieces are just too good to be true. Some are above average. Very few pieces are dry and lack that spiciness that makes cheddar cheeze tasty. I love the alcoholic flavor in my mouth as soon as I bite it.

Per gram price is little higher. Missing on flavor but melting is good.

One of the best cheese I've tried recently, goes so well with just wine. Pizzas and other eatables are just elevated by its flavour. I'm just confused about one thing, I understand that there's pollution so the natural cheese comes with the plastic on it as cows can't pick out the plastic while grazing. That's really great but how do you guys manage the print? Is the cow fed printed plastic or is the company name printed later on? Great product, must try.
