TUDIA Merge Designed for Razer Phone 2 Case, Dual Layer Phone Cover Case for Razer Phone 2 (Matte Black)

I bought this phone when I first got my Razer Phone 2. I got the phone when it first released (actually got it a month early) and NO ONE had cases, this was one of the only cases available at the time, and I was nervous, but needed one to protect the phone. It was cheap, and looked nice.Four years later, its got a few cracks, but still functions perfectly. I've dropped my phone several dozen times, from various heights, the highest being around six feet or so, and the phone has not even a scratch, or crack on either side. The case feels nice in the hand, and the best part for me is it makes the fingerprint scanner easier to find blind. Not to mention the volume up and down buttons are way easier to use with the way the case is designed. After four years, I'm impressed with how much this 10$ case has held up, and will continue to use it, until the day I get a new phone.Heavily recommended for anyone out there that still, for whatever reason, might be using this ridiculous phone like me lol

This case has been the best case for my RP2. It's saved it from so many falls that I'm sure would of broken or cracked the phone without it. It fits snug in its 2 layer design that provides the protection it needs. Combined with a screen protector, it's the ultimate defense for a phone.Now Amazon says I first bought my case in 2018... Wow how time passes, almost 5 years later and I'm more than happy to purchase this case again. 5 years later, a lot of punishment later, it's only fitting that it's time for a new one! The test of time really shows how durable the case is. I have a slight crack near the power button, and the little rubber bridge that's over the power button just snapped off. And slight decoloration on the back because of the heat transfer when charging where I lay my phone down to charge wirelessly. All fine and dandy making me real happy it's as durable as I like. And since there are not many nice looking choices for cases on Amazon anyways for the RP2, this smooth and sleek and very durable case is my top pick again yet again.And yes, I'm still using my RP2. It's still works great, camera is still nice and crisp, performance is still fast and responsive. Only thing, battery needs a replacement but I'm not confident enough to open my phone to do that.

I was immensely impressed by this case. The quality was better than I was expecting. I like the feel of the case. It is not sticky and not slippery. Not saying the rubber is not slippery. If your hands getting a little moist it will slide. There are ribs on the case that prevents it from sliding out of your hand. The case does not cover the aesthetics of the phone. Very thin bezel that sticks high enough to protect the screen when face down and a unique cut out for the led logo. The finger print reader is not obstructed. Never had any issue of the case interfering with the reader and it helps with positioning your finger to the right place. The form and fit are perfect. I don't see anything out of place with all edges being precisely where they need to be. The case makes it easier to press the volume keys without making easier to accidentally press them which happens with me without the case on. The cut out for the USB C port is enough that I have had no issues with plugging in all my USB C cords.

Tough, durable protection, and a nice modern, clean look to it. It provides easy access to the fingerprint reader, and the rubber sides make it easy to grip, if a bit bulky for one-handing your phone. Beware, though. It's been my experience that this case won't work with wireless chargers, so if that's a deal-breaker, be forewarned.Otherwise, nice case.

This is the second time around I bought this cellphone case for my razer phone 2, it has two layers, hard on the outside and soft inside. First case lasted me 2 years. I worked in the warehouse and it was constantly being dropped and banged. Eventually the outer shell gave in and began to crack and a month after, my phone was protected by the soft part of the case.I'm really happy for my second purchase knowing that it's going to last another 2 years. The phone case is not too thick, lightweight and doesn't interfere with wireless charging. I couldn't say anything about fingerprint scanner because I didn't enable that feature.

I like how it felt the case was slipper or anything in my opinion. Very easy to put on and take off the device. Case fit like a glove, i also loved how the sides were raised. It made me feel like it was very protective.

The case is fine, fits the phone, etc etc.I noticed there is a lot of debate about rather or not the case works with wireless chargers. I am here to confirm that it does. The margin of error appears to much lower with the case on than without but there is a way to get the wireless chargers to work with this case on.In my Hyundai, it isn't a problem at all. It works just as well as it did without the case.On my Anker Wireless Charging Stand, I need to adjust it a bit to get the wireless charging to work. The placement of the charger on the phone seems to be in an odd place near the bottom of the phone. That means, to get my stand to work with this case on, I need to prop up my phone about an inch so that it can receive power. Once I do that, it works just fine.So you might have to fiddle with how you position your phone on the charger a bit more with the case, but the case does not prevent the phone from charging wirelessly.

I've owned this case for almost 2 years now and it has still held up great and protected my Razer Phone 2 from small drops. The only drop it wasn't been able to protect against was from Razer dropping developer support for their phone lineup.The only flaws in the design have been just some of the visual design elements having gaps and coming apart temporarily if flexed without a phone in it. Like the black plastic trapezoid shaped lines below the TUDIA logo at the bottom, or the tiny line of a gap above the camera cutout can come apart slightly if flexed. But with the phone in it, it stays together just fine. The case's overall colour and materials haven't worn down at all and looks just as good as it did when I first bought it.The structure of this case is also extremely sturdy and barely flexes without a phone in it which seems great for protection from falls since the case structure helps take some of the the impact of the fall instead of the phone. Only part of it that allows any real flexing without a phone is in the center where the fingerprint reader cutout and volume buttons are which is to be expected since the material is thinnest there.I really like that they're the only company I found that made a perfect sized triangle for the RGB logo with a diagonal slope to bridge the gap between the back of the case and logo which looks really slick and adds some structure to the case. Not even Razer tried to do that, their official branded cases have big ugly circles around the RGB and cost quite a lot compared to this one. I also liked how the case's border ridges are just high enough to keep both the front screen of the phone and protruding back cameras away from directly touching any flat surface I put it on.The best features on this case are the separate volume up and down buttons that are bigger than than the tiny circular buttons that come with the phone and still allow the nice tactile clicking sound when raising or lowering the volume. As well as the nicely proportioned groove opening for finger print reader, which gives your thumb a perfect place to rest and have some grip when talking on the phone. Otherwise your finger would just slide off the flat surface of the Razer Phone 2.I'm definitely going to check out TUDIA phone cases for future phones, they're way better than the crappy structureless rubber or overly thick book-like cases I see other companies peddle on Amazon. Hopefully the phone I pick next will also have a longer developer support cycle than the short lived Razer phone lineup.

Es resistente y cumple con su función de proteger el celular, le quedó perfecta, fue puesta a prueba en una caída y el celular quedó en buen estado, al menos sin rasguños ni daños visibles. También es un poco áspera, lo que evita que el cel se ande resbalando de las manos. Tiempo de entrega fue bueno, llegó antes de lo esperado.
