I bought this to take hiking. It's perfect for a water bottle and snacks. It doesn't sit on my shoulders and cause neck pain. It's small, but it fits quite a bit inside. I love the sunglasses holder. When I'm hiking in the shade I can hang my glasses on it, and have easy access to put them back on. Great quality. I love it!

This is now the bag that I carry every day. There are enough separate compartments that I have one for my wallet and cards, one for my me(headache, inhaler, eye drops) and one for my phone: the pocket on the back is great: it's small and flat and has room for nothing else but my phone :) The largest compartment is big enough for my random daily stuff, like sunglasses and hairbrush, and whatever else small I need to carry along. I like that I can sling it cross-body, either with the bag in front, when I'm in a crowd, or in the checkout line, or with the bag in the back, when we are out on our daily walks thru the neighborhood or at the park. It's light enough, and small enough that it never gets too heavy, and the cross-body strap has completely relieved the lopsided stance and shoulder cramps I used to have from trying to keep a bag on one shoulder. It has been very durable for half-year I have been using it. The strap is sturdy enough that I hook my water bottle on it with a carabiner when walking, and the carabiner slides easily so I can have a drink.

This bag was better than I expected. The material is good quality and the many compartments makes organizing things easy. This is not a light weight nylon bag that will fold compactly but a nice bag with padded back and strap. I like that the padding prevents the contents from poling me in the back or the strap digging into me. The strap can change sides where it attaches to the bottom. This was a plus because some of my family prefer one side and some the other. My only wish is that the water bottle holder on the side was a little bigger. It holds a 500ml bottle with no problem but not a bigger bottle.

I had ordered a different shoulder sling pack for my other son earlier this year that I liked, but didn't love. So I took a chance and ordered this one and am glad I did. It is more compact than I was hoping for, but it is really nice quality for the price. The material is less like nylon and I liked that. I like all the hidden pockets. I do wish the bottle holder would accommodate a larger water bottle, but some bottles are bigger than this bag, so I get that. Now my son can carry his own electronics and water bottle when we go out. My husband loves it now too and wants his own.

This has been a great buy.I bought this bag to use for trips to my gym and pool, but I can see use for a light hiking with my dog for a few hours. Lots of room and compartments for a my wallet, phone, microfiber tower, lifting gloves, water bottle, keys, sunglasses, and swim goggles. I don't think it would hold a change of clothes or a large towel. I was tired of having to fish around for everything with the draw string bag I was using. You can switch the carry strap from right to left ifIt has zipper compartment 5"x7" on the back that I would feel safe using for small conceal and carry firear. Extra magazines could easily fit unsecured in other zippered compartments, or you could use the cell phone pocket inside.Its quality made from great materials. I've been very impressed for what it cost. I have Friends paid $90+ for their compatible bags from other manufacturers.Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this bag as a gift for my sister and she loved it. The bag looks nice, identical to the picture shown. I personally own 2 Patagonia Atome and paid more money than I paid for this good looking bag. I don't if it is durable though as my sister has not used it yet.

Yes, this worked very well as a "personal item" on a plane trip and also a pack for bicycling. In various compartments I was able to carry my iPad, a book, a Sudoku book, chargers for my electronics, a Kindle, and pens and pencils.

I used this bag while traveling and it was ideal. It holds a lot without adding too much weight.
