Great for quick recovery in a hypo!
I haven't eaten them yet, I'm going to keep them in a bag that comes tomorrow with "hypo snacks" on it. I have 5 more packs so that's plenty should I have a hypo. You need to chew at least 5 dextrose tablets in order to stabilise your blood sugar. They taste lovely, as I had a hypo a few days ago.

Great for energy, combined with vit C. brings up blood sugar quickly. Buy these regularly. Great to use during sport too. Lots of flavours, there is also immune fit ones, check before you buy. The cola ones are great! Easy to dissolve in the mouth, it says don't chew, but it's hard not too. They still work if chewed. Cheap aswell, buy in bulk will save you money, along with subscribe and save.

Ooomph in a tablet
I’ve struggled to find either glucose tablets or powdered glucose here in France and then bingo there they were. I have one each day and even through the debilitating heat we’re suffering this summer I feel so much better. OK I’m doing Spring lamb impressions but I’m so much better than I was I re-ordered, they arrived today. 😊😊😊
