More than the bike I liked it service provided. The side stand on which the bike stands when not in use lost its spring the very first day. Also, the brakes wouldn't get tight enough. When I talked to them about this, they sent me a new brake and $10 to get a spring as they did not have a spare for that. Good product too. They battery lasts long enough.

Awesome scooter

This Scooter is not a sturdy Scooter the handle bar shakes,, this seems not safe,I hope the shaking of the handle bar doesn't cause problems can't wait for my grand child to try it in the Summer

Somewhat disappointed in the quality of the scooter, not good.

At least there customer service is decent. I received a dud (it happens), but there customer service was quick to help solve the problem.

Shipped quickly, but one of the scooters did not work, I had to take it apart and sodder it back together.

The seat frequently falls down. It doesn't hold in the raised position. But my daughter doesn't care. She loves everything else about it anyways
