Small O-ring missing
Ordered two each. Looks like a good product. Haven't installed one yet. Both boxes were open and the small O-ring was missing from each box. Filters came in a bigger box with another item. O-rings were not in the bigger box. They probably lost out while being packed. Easier to get two O-rings than the hassle of sending them back and having to wait.
