You get lost in the past.
It is a reasonably well written book but the numbering scheme is quite horrendous and the author keeps referring back to previous definitions, equations, and examples, and by God you spend a lot of time trying to find them. By the time you find them you have lost your train of thought and half an hour. A child could of referenced it better. Serious flaw in the book. the ability to go back and quickly see what you learnt before should not be so painful. I just stopped going back which meant I couldn't do do some of the exercises. Ouch.
