Bad leak was stopped within minutes of adding this product.
This outstanding product sealed a bad oil seal that leaked a pint of oil a day on a 2005 Element with 161,000 miles. An new and inexperienced tech at a shop left several vacuum connections open and the PCV system was inoperative as a result. The leak continued after correcting the errors, but the leak stopped within minutes of adding this product.

I works.
What you should know is it works. It will not last forever, but isn't stops the leak until you get around to replacing the gaskets.

Blue Devil stop leak
I’ve used the product twice now and it appears to work better if you incorporate it with a motor oil that is formulated for vehicles with High mileage . There was a hiccup with one of the orders and I had to purchase it at O’rileys auto parts store .☹️

Effective if the leak is minor.
I have a minor rear seal leak and BlueDevil was recommended by a couple of different mechanics. It worked well for several months and I've used it a couple of times. As you may know, these treatments can only do so much, but if the leak is minor enough, it will work for a while. Replacing the rear seal is a very expensive job, so I have no intention of repairing it on a vehicle with 207K miles.

Didn't stop Oil Leak and Even More Leaking now.
I put this Blue Devil Pour & Go Oil Stop Leak in my 2001 Jimmy 4WD after talking with customer service who assure me that it will stop the engine oil leak completely but if not they have money back guarantee.; Now when its over two months when I poured it with new oil change and waited this long which is actually 3 months but I said two months because I didn't drive my Jimmy everyday and as they said it will take to completely stop after 100 plus miles and now when I drove my Jimmy over 500 miles, it looks oil is leaking more than before because I have to fill oil every 1-2 weeks (about 2-3 pints but I buy 5gallon Jug and pour from the jug because it is economical in cost and I use high mileage Castrol or Mobil One high mileage oil). I am going to contact Blue Devil customer service after this thanksgiving holidays and will see what they say/ suggest/advise but from their first conversation before I use it they sound pretty nice people but I will write to tell after purchase and use what they will say (either money back or something else).

Not a true review.
The leak was a rear main seal on a Dodge Hemi. I used the stop leak and it did slow it down a bit but within 50 - 75 miles I replaced the seal. I really didn't give it time to work.

Total game changer.
I recently added the Blue Devil Stop oil Leak in my 2015 S550, and I couldn't be more impressed! After noticing some oil leaks, I was skeptical about how effective a product could be. However, after using this additive, the leaks have completely stopped. The application was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear instructions. Since adding it to my oil, I've seen a significant improvement in performance as well. Not only has it resolved my leak issue, but it also seems to have enhanced the overall engine smoothness. I highly recommend Blue Devil Stop oil Leak to anyone facing similar issues. It’s a reliable solution that truly delivered on its promises!

Easy to use. Highly rated.
Product gets great reviews online. Just put in cold engine and start up. Don’t know if the oil leak is stopped yet but I figure this gives me the best chance.

BlueDevil Oil stopped my valve cover leak on a car with 455,000 km
BlueDevil Oil Stop Leak worked exactly as advertised after a leak recently appeared in my valve cover on a 1998 Toyota Sienna with 455,000 km. After changing the oil, filter and adding BlueDevil I drove the car for 3.5 hours. I have used Amsoil 5w30 synthetic oil for many years without any noticeable oil leaks. I will now change my Amsoil more frequently 3 or 4 times a year as opposed to 2 times per year. Also I will only use Amsoil, because Amsoil is a better synthetic than many other synthetic oils. Very pleased with BlueDevil oil stop leak which stopped the leak. This was the first time I used BlueDevil and am very pleased.
