The item shows 4 packs of pens and a bag to keep them all together. You only get 1 pack that you do not get to choose ( I actually saw afterwards that it says random colors but does not say only 1 pack of colors). Also the items came loose in the Amazon package and there was no mesh bag.To be fair I did receive 1 pack of pens and two gel pens. However the image and the title are a bit misleading so beware that you are not getting what is pictured.
