Rainbow Model E-2 (eSERIES) Complete Cleaning System

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. I have a long haired cat that leaves very fine fur on the floor and furniture, and this vacuum gets it up quickly and efficiently--very powerful! I have allergies, and I love the fact that it uses water and does not throw dust around. I have used the vacuum several times since I purchased it, and I can really tell a difference in my house. Thank you for rebuilding this vacuum because it saved me a lot of money!

Dislike - vacuum did not work - problem w/safety switch which still exists. Like - called Igor @ Royal Line Pro who sent a different water basin, which didn’t work either but we discussed the problem, which may be a rubber gasket is too thick, and there is no contact with the safety switch - the gasket has not yet settled but the tape extension I made, works - until it doesn’t - and I redo it. I don’t really want to rebox the vacuum, send it back, not have a vacuum for several weeks, and it is warrantied for 5 years so I’ll wait.

I bought this four months ago but waited to write a review until I had used it for awhile. I have been very happy with this rebuilt Rainbow vacuum cleaner and the people at Great Vacs who rebuilt it. The Rainbow in my opinion is the best vacuum cleaner that you can get. It cleans up more than any other vacuum cleaner. I was a little concerned about buying a rebuilt unit but it works like a new unit without the higher price or pushy salesperson.

Finally got to use it for the first time. Althought this is the third one I have had, I found a few things different but no problem. Suction is great, with a bad back its easy to move around. The only thing I noticed that I didn't care for was the attachment caddy doesn't hold the attachments very well, and the whine seems to be higher and louder than my other ones I have had. I find earplugs to be a necessity with it. Over all though this is a great product whos' faults are minor and fixable. The seller was great to work with also.

Bought refurbished vacuum. It works as good as expected. Arrived with a broken part which was promptly replaced by the company. I bought one for my daughter as well so she can get rid of her dogs shedding fur. If you have dogs, this will get rid of the fur and for some of you the fleas as well. I would buy again from this company .

Very unhappy with this expensive purchase. First they sent me a unit that was so worn out the hose wouldn't hold. Then the water reservoir clean snapped the middle out - as I was using it! Soiled water all over my bamboo floors. I used to have an older version of the Rainbow and it worked much better than this one.. very little suction and I am extremely disappointed and will return to using my Dyson - it works much better.

I love the way Rainbow vacs clean. Not very fond of the weight and bulk. I've tried others, but Rainbow always comes out ahead for cleaning. I owned a rebuilt one for 20 and it still works. Hope this one lasts as long!

I had one many years ago and loved it!Moved to a new home and bought this one and love it too!I was missing the brush that the old one had to clean the filter.I wondered if the new ones don’t need the brush.Would be curious as the the answer.
