This is seriously the most amazing baby wash ever invented! I absolutely love this brand and can’t wait to try the other products! I am a cheapskate, let’s be real, but for my babies I will pay more than average. I bought this along with the conditioner and the bubbles (with the bubble wand). I LOVE them!! They smell great, keep my blond baby’s locks soft and her sensitive skin soft. Worth every penny! And btw, you don’t need a ton for it to lather.

My daughter has a small patch of eczema on her wrist that won't go away. Johnson's baby soap seemed to make her eczema worse, spreading to neck and inside of elbows. Tried a few differant lotions (Cerave-highly recommend; Eucerin-thought i liked it at first, but now won't even finish tub; Hydrocortizone eczema relief-not a miracle worker, but continue moderate use), before i decided i should change the soap. Noticed vast improvement w/first couple uses, and though wrist patch is still there, have permantelty switched to this soap. Great smell, good lather (use a lot of water in hair to lather better), even put a few squirts w/a swishing of bathwater to make a "pretty good" alternative occasional bubble bath (not as good as ACTUAL bubble bath, but i can't use the real stuff on her).

This is the only shampoo/body wash we use on my child! I like the ingredient list and after using several different natural products, tried the California baby. All the others, even though they may have said they didn't, would burn my little one's eyes if the product accidentally got in the eyes. After testing them all on myself (yes, I deliberately put the shampoos in my eye) California baby was the only one that truly did not burn at all! I should say that I did not try the Johnson and johnson products bc they are just full of nasty chemicals and regardless of wheter or not they burned your eyes, I would never put on my child. I hope this helps out some other momma!

Our baby smells nice after we bathe her with this and it leaves her hair and skin soft and healthy. Plus no parabens or other harsh chemicals like the more popular brands of baby wash. It's tears-free so doesn't bother her if it gets in her eyes.It is somewhat expensive but lasts us around three or four months of daily baths. The first bottle we purchased only lasted six weeks but that was our fault for using too much as it doesn't really lather - so that's something to keep in mind. We've repurchased several times and plan to keep doing so despite no discernible calming effect on our baby.

I love this baby wash! It is a bit pricy, but will last forever. My son is 20 months, and we have used one of the small bottles, one of the big bottles and half of a big bottle... over the last 20 months. A little goes a long way. I like the fact that it doesn't have a lot of nasty chemicals in it, and my son has never cried if any got into his eyes. His skin doesn't dry out from it and it has a nice, understated aroma. I love the fact that he smells great and not perfumey. I *may* even use it myself sometimes, it smells so good. I also love their other products... diaper cream and the hair detangler.
