Cappio is truly an amazing, rich coffee. While it is stronger than the others it is not bitter and can always be diluted to your taste.Coffee is always a matter of taste. I have always been very picky about my coffee and only brew using French press because I have very sensitive taste buds. To write this review I undertook a thorough tasting of Amazon's available brands of coffee concentrates over a period of several months. I chose the concentrates because they come out to be much less expensive than their ready-to-drink counterparts.I ordered each brand's regular brew and, if the brand had it, their dark one as well. When tasting I only used them for iced coffee since most people use the concentrates for iced coffee. After tasting all of them I ordered them all again to see if what I felt about the different brands had changed. I eventually narrowed it down to the two concentrates that had the tag "Amazon's Choice." I made sure to measure everything that went into the coffees so that they were always identical including the concentrate, cold water, and creamers, half and half, and/or milk added. Each one was tested as a 16 ounce drink that was cold but without ice so I had the full experience of it and I had at least a dozen full glasses of each I tasted just to be certain the taste didn't change over time.Cappio won for me because it is rich and strong yet very smooth. Often a stronger flavor can have a bite which comes from acidity. Unlike the other Amazon's Choice, Cappio is a cold brew. Cold brews are noted for being less acidic. The other brand was listed as organic and not a cold brew but it seemed to have a slightly odd aftertaste, enough so that I noticed it with every glass. It did not remind me of any coffee notes I had ever tasted so it is hard for me to explain it. It just tasted wrong. It reminded me a bit of the metallic aftertaste I get from artificial sweetness though this was not metallic but every bit as distinctive. Also, while the Cappio is $1-$2 more for the same amount as the others, I found that the fullness of the flavor allowed me to dilute it further so the price comes out the same. Both brands state that you use one part concentrate to two parts cold water or milk. With the Cappio I would use 4 ounces of concentrate to 10 ounces of cold water and still had a strong rich coffee. I tried this ratio with the other brand and it was just watery.Overall, though, it was the odd aftertaste of the other brand and the rich flavor of Cappio that made Cappio win out for me. I love the Cappio's concentrate and won't be changing. I also found the Cappio concentrate to be less expensive if purchased in a multi-pack deal like this one.

Did not disappoint!!! Flavor is amazing and perfect for Homemade Ice coffees!!! I even gave my Mama a bottle so She could just heat up a little cup while She waits on Her brew coffee great for Her first thing getting up... I have purchased this couple times and have been very happy with it!!! Highly recommend for the coffee lovers who are like Me the dedicated (may be little too strong for some, which this is a concentrate) LOL all day & every waking moment!!!

Coffee is very good but packaging a problem - CAUTION WHEN OPENING. When receiving this product, be very careful when removing the Cappio product box containing the six (6) bottles of coffee from the outer Amazon box. RECOMMENDATION: After opening the outer Amazon box, NEXT open the Cappio product box that contains the six (6) bottles while that box in still in the Amazon box, remove the bottles and then take the Cappio empty box out of the Amazon box. When I received my shipment, the Cappio box had obviously been opened after it's original seal (perhaps for inspection purposes) and was not resealed with additional packing tape. When I lifted the Cappio box out of the Amazon box, a bottle of the Cappio coffee dropped out of its box and shattered on my tile floor. Coffee and shards of glass everywhere. I do like the coffee very much (and I'm a tough judge), and I will definitely order again. I also would recommend that the Cappio product box use a heavy-duty shipping tape.

Convenient and delicious! Sometimes the packaging is a little funky so be careful you don't drop any of the glass bottles.The coffee itself is dark and smooth - kind of like community coffee dark roast but not as sharp (?). I wish it were slightly more concentrated/stronger but it's great the way it is.I have been drinking these for a few months now and have saved so much time & money making both hot & cool coffee in basically no time at all.I recommend!!

The taste of the coffee is not good. But even more concerning which makes it undrinkable is I saw what was floating pieces of something in my cup. When I went to see what it is it appeared to be small broken down coffee filter material they used to filter the coffee. This is the stuff you’re drinking! Unacceptable.

The Flavor is everything when it comes to Cold brew for me.These work well. I drink them at work throughout the day.Folgers was getting really old, and I still love having coffee on a regular basis. I found these Online, along with a few others, until I found one that suited my tastes. Cappio is the Winner for me. I get the 6 pack, as it costs a bit less. I order every couple of weeks.It is a convenience, doing a cold brew pitcher at work in a community fridge was getting to be a hassle.This works out way better for me.

I bought this concentrate to make coffee at home every day, and it does what it promises. It tastes like a neutral, unremarkable cup of coffee- but it isn't bad. You only get maybe 4 days worth of use out of each bottle though. I swore I'd be set for weeks with the huge 6-pack that arrived at my door but I am going to be back on Amazon soon enough looking for a better option. Meh all around.
