It's a misleading product.
I personally don't think it's worth the money you pay for it. It doesnt plump your lips like it shows and says it does. I guess if you already have large lips or fillers it may make them look larger but it certainly doesn't on medium sized lips. The tingle settings work, in the fact the tingle /hot sensation gets more Intense the higher the setting but it doesn't plump your lips as it states too. I personally wouldn't buy again as it's a waste of money. There's much cheaper options on the market that die exactly the same the thing as this actually does.

Waste of £20
I thought this was going to be amazing because I loved the last one. I had it on Hot and its just a mild tingle I'm very disappointed and for £20 I won't be wasting my money again.

I had the previous lip voltage, the one with the syringe and it really plumped and the burn was unbearable. Even on the hottest setting this is nothing more than a mild tingle. Really disappointed to have wasted £20.
