I had this screen protector on my cell phone and dropped my phone face down on a rock. The screen protector was cracked right down the center of the screen. When I removed the screen protector from my phone there was no scratches or nicks to my phone it was completely protected and I will continue using this product.

This is the best screen protector on my he market but hard to find. Great Product!

Bought it through Verizon for $50 with the lifetime protection. Cost me $11 dollars of shipping fee for replacement. Not worth the money!

I dropped my phone on a concrete surface. I thought I destroyed the actual phone screen, the screen protector saved it completely. The protector was cracked, but not the phone screen. I never registered for the warranty, but I contacted pure-gear and they had a new one out to me directly. I don’t know why these other reviewers had issues, but this protector is literally a screen SAVER! Yes it is more pricey than others I have bought in the past, but well worth it to me.

This is the most terrible screen protector I have ever owned I had the same exact situation as the other reviewer Robert. I was sold mine at a very expensive price point at the Verizon store. the Verizon store employee installed it and told me he registered my product, my phone screen broke within a few months Of having the screen protector on my phone and I also had an OtterBox defender phone case on my phone as well. My phone fell off my bed no more than 3 feet and my phone screen broke and the screen protector as well even though I have the OtterBox on it. When I tried to get reimbursed for the screen fix the company told me my product was not registered and I wasn’t liable to receive the visa gift card for the broken screen. Needless to say this product is garbage and so are the Verizon employees that are selling the product. I will never buy another screen protector or accessory for my phone at the Verizon store again and I will never buy an expensive screen protector again as well. The last few screen protectors I have had on my phone were cheap probably no more than six dollars from Amazon and I had dropped my phone many times and the screen protector broke but my actual phone screen. This is the first time I’ve ever bought an expensive one and my screen broke on impact with the screen protector. Buyer beware do not purchase this product.

I am very disappointed. I purchased a new Galaxy S20 Ultra from Verizon and the salesman recommended the PureGear Steel 360 glass screen protector as the BEST! I fell for it and purchased the expensive screen protector with it's Lifetime Warranty. Three weeks later, my dental hygienist knocked my phone off a desk on to the carpeted floor. The screen protector shattered. I filed a warranty claim with PureGear, Paid them their shipping and handing, which is about the cost of a new screensaver on line and have waited for over a month for the replacement. I have contacted PureGear twice to complain. They did say they would refund the shipping and handling fee. Still waiting for the screensaver and my refund.

I've only had this for less than 3 months and it already cracked in 2 places. It's like a glorified sticker and once the stickiness breaks down, little pieces of glass start to flake off. I got my replacement from pure gear quickly after filing a claim and paying for the shipping but apparently that's it. If the same thing happens with the new screen protector, I'm out $50.00 + shipping. Also, I haven't dropped my phone once yet even though I have an otterbox to protect my phone. I wish the old otterbox defender case with the built-in screen protector fit the Google pixel 5. That was the best case.
