Great product, better customer service!
In January 2023, I purchased for just what it suggested, something compact enough to fit in the glovebox. It came without any charge at all, which I found odd- most products are at least partially charged when they ship out, so I charged it for several days. Took it off the charger, easily set desired pressure, but after I walked outside and decided to check the operation by pushing the button- nothing. It was completely dead. I could not bring up pressure gauge again- all dead. That explains perhaps why it was dead out of the box. I was disappointed because I really liked the idea of the product but couldn't get it to charge. I wrote the review, returned it for a refund, and moved on.In May, 4 months later, I was contacted by the company, apologizing for my difficulties, and offered a refund or replacement. I told them I had already received my refund so they offered to send me a new pump for free. I was flabbergasted- I have never seen this kind of concern about a customer's experience. Three days later, I received the P1S at my house. I charged it up and tried it out- it works great! I am changing my review to 5 stars, not just for the product but the outstanding customer service which to me is most important. Good job!

Best Gadget Every Driver Should Have
This is *the* best gadget I've purchased for my car, and after owning this for a while and using it numerous times--including on my fiance's car and my sister's car--I think this is a gadget every driver should own.I can't figure out how to use the air pumps at gas stations, but this device was super easy to use.Going to gas stations in LA to put air in tires is not the safest experience as gas stations tend to attract unsavory characters that you would not want to be caught bending over your car tires, especially at night.I've also gone to tire stores where they have kindly filled in air while I waited--this is what I did as a naive, new driver as I could not figure out how to use the air pumps at gas stations, which often do not work and cost money sometimes. After working an event in an unfamiliar part of town in the evening, my tire light went on. I pulled over to a few gas stations to fill it up, but it was either not working or I could not figure it out how to use it properly. So I proceeded to drive home with the tire light on for 44 miles, praying that I get home safely.I purchased this after that incident and never gone back to fill my tires at a gas station, which is like the best peace of mind you can have, knowing you can carry this in your car wherever you go.I highly recommend every driver to get this device.

Reliable Pump
Overall, really good. Doesn't quite have the power for my scooter, but has been great with my bikes.

Fills up tires for cars and bikes
I was using 12v outlet based air pump for car tires and hand pump for my daughter's bike for her commute. To fill up the pressure for my car, I had to unplug the phone charger and unplug to come around to the other side of the car. Thankfully I don't have to turn the engine on to do this for my car, but my previous car had to be turned on for this. Now plugging in to a car to fill up a bike is an overkill. Also the electric pump was a screw-on type and this wasn't a good solution for a bike tire. When I was unscrewing, I get to lose too much air pressure. This battery driven air compressor is a perfect solution for my situation.1) It is battery driven, no more cables2) This is one compact pump that can be used for both cars and bikes3) I was able to fill up 3 psi up on 4 car tires and 20psi up for two bikes minimizing hassle4) It stops at the set pressure (47 for my car, 50 for my bike)5) It remembers previous set pressure6) The hose end comes with quick snap-on valve adapter, so I don't have to screw on and offThose were upsides. Now downside is that it's a bit slow to fill up but you already know that. Still, for my purpose of filling up the loss of air, it takes less than 30 sec per tire. One more down side is that the battery indicator says the battery is not fully charged even after the adapter indicates it's full (lamp turns green). This did not become a problem yet in terms of the capacity for my usage, but I will have to wait and see.

Oasser made things right!
UPDATE: Oasser contacted me and provided a replacement, free of charge. The replacement is an updated model, the P2, and is much better. The overall packaging and the included accessories are very impressive. Though it seems to perform about the same, but it appears to have much better build quality and it is more intuitive to use. I would say skip this one completely and go for the P2.I'm updating this review to 5 stars, mainly because of the superb customer service. Again, go for the P2 version pump and do not buy this one.*end of update*I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like it’s my duty to warn others who are considering buying this pump. The first one I received had a leak in the pump mechanism and wouldn’t inflate anything to more than 12 PSI. You could even hear the air leaking back out through where the hose connects.Amazon quickly resolved the issue. I was sent a replacement and it didn’t leak. The problem is that it shut off well before the desired pressure and wouldn’t turn back on until connected to the charger. It lasted 4 more times and now will not turn on at all.The idea of a portable, rechargeable air compressor is wonderful, but this is an abysmally flawed example.
