Short life span 🙁
During installation, it have the wrong size water connections but no big deal I guess. The handle initially operated smoothly but after about six months, the water handle became stiff, and the water selector bottom would only spray in the stream and no spray! Now just shy of a year, the faucet head drips so the handle is leaking by. Disappointed to say the least.

As advertised
The installation is very straightforward. All the parts move smoothly and high quality. Compared with a similar faucet that sold in big chain home improvement store cost about $50 more, so this product is a pretty good steal.Update: After 2 months of use it starts leaking water...

Overall happy but it has stopped switching between sprays
It was great price and easy to install. It’s been great but recently it has been switching to the spray. We’ve had it for several months and it just started this. Not very happy but will look in to it and see what we can do

Selector button stopped working after 2 months
Initially very impressed with this faucet. Fairly easy to install but the hoses were a little short so I had to buy extensions. Now after only a few months the buttons to select the spray type have stopped working. I have seen in Q&A that this product is supposed to have at least a year warranty. I have not been able to contact the supplier.

Love it
Love it the only thing is that it isn’t long enough. I had to cut down my granite top and the plywood base. Faucet is meant for skinny countertops. It was a hassle to install, but it got done and I love it. Looks amazing and it’s easier to wash dishes.

Seller does not honor warranty
Broken after 1 year. Contacted seller per his instructions as he stated it comes with a 3 year warranty. The seller does NOT honor the warranty at all and unwilling to help in any way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Didn’t last much
After a month broke and the spray setting for my veggies don’t work anymore

Worked.....for awhile
This faucet seemed to be a good value, but quickly the sprayer function stopped working on a regular basis. Now....the button to change from stream to spray does nothing.
