Power supply problems - Solved.
After maybe 100 hours of use, one of two power supplies failed and unfortunately I was unable to source out anything similar.------------------------------------------------Updating review to 5 star service.I've got in contact with Havox directly and they replaced the power supply no questions asked! Great service and the best part is that I moved from from Europe to the US and they have suppliers all over the world and my replacement arrived in a few days so can continue to work!Highly recommended.

I'm new to product photography (I mainly deal with portrait photography). Recently, friends have been asking me to do product photography of their merchandise that they sell. In this regard, I decided to buy this box. The box completely meets my expectations. This is exactly the type I needed. I've been using it for a while now and for now I am pleased with it.

No UK plug!
Item is sold on UK marketplace but have no UK plugs / adapters. So we are unable to use it - have to purchase adapters separately. Contacted customers service and they don't care at all - if you don't like it - send it back! No recommended!
