Great deal
I bought a 16 channel board with a USB connection so I could record on my computer. I realized I was only using one channel at a time to record tracks so wanted something smaller to set up. This little box is perfect with great sound quality. I did have a delay problem at first but I downloaded the ASIO4ALL driver for free and it fixed the problem. Be careful with headphones because this thing puts out some serious volume. I am having a blast using this interface

Easy to use effective interface
Took some time to set it up with my software (Sonar) but once I figured out the settings it worked and sounds like a champ.

Waste of money - if you intend to use on a Windows machine
I did not purchase this product from Amazon, but from Musician's Friends during one of their "Stupid Deal of the Day" for really cheap. Even for that cheap price, I still feel ripped off because this thing in my opinion is just no good. First off, there's no ASIO driver for this device, so you know the latency is not good to start with. I tried to use this thing as a guitar interface to use Guitar Rig and Amplitube on my Windows7 machine, but the latency makes it unusable from that respect. So I tried to use it as a MIDI interface, and it would hang for several seconds upon first start up, and not send/receive any MIDI message. Also upon startup your computer, if it is not powered up from cold boot, you have to unplug the USB cable and re-insert to make it work. I cannot speak for the iOS users, but for those who own Windows machine, and are thinking about getting this device : Spend you money elsewhere.

Five Stars
All rigth, it work with Win 7. Connect it by USB PORT 3.0. By Port 2.0 drivers can't installed.

I got it working good finally
It was making weird whooshing noises when I first got it but I read up and I think the problem was the switches underneath it being set wrong. It is now working perfectly with my older Dell laptop, with good signal and no latency. Some have said the phantom power doesn't work, but I don't see how that would work with a jack input anyway. Maybe the XLR to stereo jack provides power to it. I haven't tried it yet.I wish it had XLR inputs but that jack adaptor(s) is how they get around that apparently. They were only $39 at guitar center so don't pay too much for one.

No Phantom Power
Ordered this from Musicians Friend but still would not recommend it. Phantom (48v) doesn't seem to provide enough power to the mic to create a useable signal. Input is so weak I can't even clip the damn thing with all of my gain maxed out.

Also has a built in IOS cable in bottom compartment.
Enjoyed all the features. Must point out the picture Amazon uses does not show the IOS cable that is built in which is located in the storage area on the bottom of the device. Open that little compartment and out pops a hard wired attached IOS cable with MAC interface (thus where the description "interface for ipad and Mac" comes from. This can go via usb into MAc Air also as well as into a pc. Be sure and download more drivers.

Absolute piece of sh*t, don't buy this. Rarely works and doesn't do what it says it should. Also, this interface stated that it has 'phantom power' despite it being impossible for phantom power to travel through jack inputs.
