Purchased this for home workouts having previously used a Mirafit branded mat of the same style. Whilst this is still a good product, it is not quite as densely filled as the one i used previously and offers less protection as a result. This is also noticeable in the weight, with this mat weighing considerably less than the one i used before. Although this could be a benefit if you intend to travel around with it? It is just about suitable for my use when performing kneeling or sitting exercises, but i could imagine a little more protection being needed if you were to use it as a gymnastics tumble mat. When positioned on all fours, i can feel the hard floor beneath my knees through the mat but it is just enough to keep me from discomfort.Apart from the amount of padding, it is a good mat. Outer material is of reasonable quality and not too thin, although i expect it would be quite easily torn or punctured if something a little sharp were to come in contact with it. The handles are well secured with reasonable stitching, which is a little messy in places around the mat, but mainly cosmetic as opposed to being weak anywhere from what i can tell. For my needs as a simple foldaway mat for floor exercises, it is just about sufficient enough to provide what i was looking for. In hindsight, i probably would have spent the extra £5/10 on a slightly better quality mat though.

I bought this for myself (age 34) to do burpees and similar exercises in my garage as the floor is concrete so it would be less stressful on my joints and hands etc. The mat is very soft so isn't practical for this as it is like working out on a marshmallow, but any exercises lying down are comfortable though.That being said, my little girl (age 4) has now claimed this mat and loves doing her gymnastics and forward rolls on it so it has served a secondary purpose instead. Plus she likes to jump off the couch onto it. So it is now really well suited for what she has impromptu chosen to use it for but as long as she is happy then everything has worked out well.

Lovely mat, quite thin but good enough for my 5 year old to do her practicing on in the living room.. I have literally just received this item I was pretty disappointed it just came wrapped in a plastic bag and not a box, lucky daughter was in bed or would have seen.

Easy to fold and unfold, easy to use, comfortable to lie on and finish my pilates lessons. The two handles make it easy to carry too. Would recommend this to anyone who has any sore joints they want to protect whilst exercising.Did wonder how it would be for camping? Portability is a must and this is easily put in the back of a car. Nice, very pleased with it.

This mat is definitely worth the money. It's easy to fold away, and the thickness is much better than I expected. I had one issue, mine got damaged in transit however I emailed them straight away and had replacement sent a few days later great service!

Nice and easy to fold up and carry around. My only complaint is that I find the cushioning insufficient when doing side planks. Sure it would be fine for light people or if placed on a carpet rather than a hard floor.
