I've purchased multiples of this in this fun turquoise color for my day to day bullet journaling. The pages of this journal are 97% opaque and I don't get issues with bleed through. I use fine liners, regular ball points, pencil as well as highlighters and the occasional Mister Sketch marker. If I were to use a Magic Marker, I don't think that's going to escape the bleed through problem but then again, I don't think this is the type of paper for that true of heavy use/art. Maybe a thick paper in a sketch book would be better for you if that's what you need.The journal is a dot grid with a 4 page index at the front. After that, it has 124 numbered pages. There is a sturdy pouch made of thick paper at the very back. I've used it to stash things like my sticker sheets, postcards, receipts, and stamps.The journal has 2 marker ribbons, one white and one blue. And it has an elastic band to keep it securely shut. I've added an elastic pen loop sticker to the back cover of mine, but you can also tuck the hook of your pen under the elastic to keep one close at hand.The covers are good and thick, so you can write in your lap, on a train, etc. You don't need to be on a desk to jot things down. It fits neatly in my purse and backpack and the covers don't get torn or nicked during my day to day travels. It's not too heavy, either, so I don't get weighed down having it with me.I'm a huge fan of this journal. It's a steal at this price point.

This is perfect in every way! It is just what I was looking for with some added nice bonuses. It has a great sturdy leather like cover in the most beautiful teal color. It came with a label that you could use to name the journal, but I love it just the way it is. There is a table of contents section and the front which is great for organizing your content and it dot gridded throughout, which is exactly what I was looking for in my journal quest. It comes with not just 1, but 2 ribbons so that you can hold more than one spot in your journal if you need it and another great feature is the roomy pocket in the back which is great for keeping sticker sheets, notes, coupons, receipts....maybe even all of these because it has plenty of room. Did I mention this is a perfect size as well? It is not too bulky or big and fits perfectly in my bag to take with me everywhere. I will definitely be buying another one because now I want one for work and for home:) Great value too! Won't find anything this nice in this price point anywhere...trust me I have searched.

New to bullet journaling for 2020, I wanted something that was super simple and I can not be more pleased with this purchase. It's an excellent value for your money.Simple and sleek with a sturdy hardbound cover. The pages are a cream color. The dots are clear without being overwhelmingly dark. I like the blank lined table of contents provided in the front so that you can label the page numbers as needed. The pages are thread-bound and lie flat when creating and working in the journal. Each page is numbered already, for quick reference to your table of contents, and two ribbons are attached for marking your place. And an elastic band is attached to help keep the journal closed. A simple label is provided, which I opted to not use, and there is a pocket in the back for things you want to stash for future reference or later addition to the journal. Holds up well with these mediums (so far as I've tested): Micron, highlighters, Tombow brush pens, Spectrum Noir brush markers, and regular pen and pencil. Washi tape also sticks to the pages but lifts to adjust with ease.I would like a few pages at the end, or loose pages provided, that are not numbered, so that I could remove them and add them in where needed, creating, for example, page 10A because I decided I wanted to add something I didn't think of previously.I believe for my next journal I want a journal with larger dimensions, but I will be looking to see if that option is available from this company.

To Whom It May Concern:This review is in response to the card included in my recent purchase of your dot-grid notebook in black.I received the package within 48 hours of purchase, which was lovely. The look and feel of the notebook is aesthetically pleasing and I like the weight and feel in my hand. The notebook will lie flat when laid open and fingers are run across the inside of the binding, which is very helpful. Additionally, through use of coloured pens and multiple erasings on the same pages, the paper has held up, does not bleed through and has not shown signs of wear. I love the page numbers, the front index, and the pocket in the back. I very much appreciate the sticker placket that was included with the book. The two ribbons are quite handy.If I were to make suggestions for improvement, I would like more pages in the journal. It has only half the pages of the Leuchttrum1917 journal that I purchased a year ago, while retaining the same thickness as the Leuchttrum1917. The cover is certainly thicker, which can be both a plus and a minus. It contributes to a lovely hand-feel but doesn’t lend itself to adding many more pages without becoming awkward to manage. Additionally, I settled on black after a thorough search of both this notebook and the L1917, for a white version. I was very disappointed that white was not an offering with the dot grid pages for either. My current L1917 is white and I am very, very sad to part with it in order to move into the new black model. The new journal is lovely, and I look forward to it, however it is just simply not white and clean like the current one. The only other complaint that I have is that the pages are just small enough that the number of dots per page are too few to run the same lines evenly for my calendars and spacing. It does require quite a bit of rethinking and will require me to modify my note-taking and calendar entries to something tinier and more abbreviated. Just a slight agitation, but hopefully it become more natural over the next year.Overall, I would say that this product is worth the price, and quite a bit nicer than I expected for what I paid-less than half the cost of the name brand. All of the negatives are quite minor overall and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this product, but certainly hope that white becomes an option.

Misura giusta, carta molto spessa perfetta per il journaling in quanto il colore non passa sull'altro lato. Resistente e pratico, lo consiglio.

La pasta súper bonita, suave, me encantó el color negro.Sobre todo el gramaje de las hojas, muy bonitas, un bonito tono color amarillito, muy vintage, que es hermoso.Me encantó el pequeño apartado para guardar cositas, que se encuentra al final del diario.Aparte, es lo mismo que se está anunciando.Aparte llegó antes de lo esperado. 😍🌟

Je l’ai pris pour un bullet journal, et honnêtement je ne suis pas déçue ! J’ai vu quelques commentaires mentionnant l’aspect bleeding ou ghosting du produit, mais après plusieurs essais pour ma part (feutre de calligraphie, fluos stabilos, stylos, coloriage en passant plusieurs fois sur la même couleur avec un feutre) et je n’ai remarqué aucune transparence du tout !!! Pour le prix, je recommande fortement, la qualité des pages est bien présente. A voir sur le long terme quant au collage des pages puisque certaines personnes semblent se plaindre d’une mauvaise qualité à ce niveau là, mais à sa réception les pages sont bien maintenues entre elles.

This was my first time buying dotted notebook for bullet journaling. It has index/content pages at start, pages are numbered, there is a paper pocket on the back side, it has 2 bookmark ribbons. The cover feels nice and I like the thickness of the pages. All in all satisfied with the purchese :D It's great for what I wanted and good size!

Marvellous product...I just wish I'd started earlier using a bullet journal for work and private records. It is ridiculously easy and you feel organised! For me , a plus! The product is ideal, numbered pages and an index. I also use a stub nib fountain pen and the paper is a good gauge, no bleed through or ghosting. Love it :)
