Addendum. Customer service was very prompt and getting with me about the numbers. I just got a message that they have put an order in for the numbers. So as long as that happens. I change my review. The actual mailbox itself seems wonderful.The numbers that are on the mailbox are different from the house number that we put on the order. Also, there are no written instructions. Not Particularly happy.

What an awesome mailbox! The post and all of the parts are made very well. Installation and assembly was easy. Mailbox is a little larger than I was expecting, even in the "standard" size option, but not enough to make a difference. I did have one issue that I had to call ADDRESSES OF DISTINCTION about. The decorative mount sent to me was not correct. After calling them and explaining what happened, they sent me the correct part in about three days. Make sure to check ALL the parts as soon as it comes in! Their customer serves Rep. Tasha was extremely helpful and kind! Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and it gives my home a more upscale look.

Product was as advertised. Sturdy. A little tough to put together as the holes in the mailbox did not line up with the base plate as shown in the directions. The large set screws were too large for the holes in the stand, could not screw them in. Then, once stripped, could not unscrew them either. Otherwise, product is beautiful and now stands tall in my front yard. Requires cement to install.

This is a quality made mailbox and just what I wanted for our new home.

I bought from this company because I was trying to buy American. The description stated country of origin: USA. I was upset to see a "made in China" sticker attached to one of the parts. We were half way through the installation when I noticed this so we decided to keep it. Then, all the other problems began. We bought the Magnolia design but the parts all appeared to be from other models. The hardware was from the Oak model, the pole was from another model and the mounting plate was warped. Luckily I have a very handy husband who drilled new holes, cut off the bracket, found proper nuts and bolts and fixed the mounting plate. What a mess! Oh, no instructions either. Thus, we rebuilt the mailbox ourselves.If you are not up for this then avoid this product!
