The white is really cream, and dull.
item is real leather, quality looks good although we didn't keep the item to use it. Fit is good on ipad Air. Cover is thinner than it appears but stil adequate protection. The reason for the 3 stars is it was not White, but rather an off white to cream. I ordered 2 and both were the same. I also ordered a white iPhone cover from the same manufacturer, and it is true white. When placed next to each other, the white ipad cover looks yellow. They clearly know what white is, but I'm guessing because the item is actually made in China, the factories are different and no-one from this supposed german company bothered to check. So 3 stars it is
