Recommend going one size up as these run on small and a bit narrow for us wide feet humans. I sprayed two good coats of water proofing on these as well. Good boots for adventure riding also if you need to walk around much better comfort then full motocross type boots. Alpinestars has never disappointed with the quality.

One has to admire the craftsmanship of these boots. Fit was great...once I removed the paper from the toes. The problem I'm having is in using the shift lever. I've removed the rubber from the pegs and adjusted the shift lever as much as it will go but the boot is thick and still doesn't want to get under the lever easily. I've thought about gluing some rubber on the side of the boot that can grip the sift lever. I hope that the boots will break in enough to help me shift.

Second ride two buckles came loose while riding, lost one strap and one strap mount had most of the stitching come out.

I sized up a bit per most recommendations, boot is very roomy, comfortable but I should not have sized up. If your looking for a firm boot this isn’t it. This boot is great for riding and walking around camp w/o having to take your boots off

If your on the edge of a size I would recommend going up one but other than that the quality of the buckles, sole, and other parts are good.
