This is NOT a 10% solution. The concentration of this solution is 0.1M or 0.1moles/liter. A 1.0 molar solution is a solution in which 1 mole of a compound is dissolved in a total volume of 1 liter. If you don't know what a mole is I would advise against performing chemical reactions yourself until you know enough chemistry to both understand redox equations and use atomic weights to determine the molar weights of reagents in your reaction. Silver Nitrate reacts with Sodium Thiosulfate to produce Silver Thiosulfate. Silver Thiosulfate is often used to block the action of ethylene in plants which can force female plants to produce male pollen sacs and self pollenate.

The silver nitrate is good quality and worked as expected for my application. It was properly packaged, arrived in good condition, and appeared clean and consistent. 0.1 M is less than a 2% solution! Far too dilute for warts. To be effective for simple warts you need 10x that (10-25%). The sticks, depending on how much you dilute them can yield 40-90%.
