Best tactical / work pant for women yet
PROS:- Nice flat pockets, but roomy enough on the side for a cell phone, knife, tools, etc- Lightweight- Flattering look- The least wide-leg work pant I've found in the past 8 years!- Pet hair doesn't stick. This is huge for anyone that has cats or dogs or if you work with animals.- Rip-stop material holds up- After 9 months, no sign of fading yet- Little-to-no shrinkage- Available in short length, which is approx 30" inseam on larger sizes (size 16-18). Size 20 short seems like it has a 31" inseam My coworker said shirt length is shorter on size 2. She likes a long inseam & went with regular length despite being under 5'.- Velcro close pockets on the side, but not on the bum (thank goodness!)- Low-rise sits a bit higher than other brands & stylesCONS:- Velcro (Read below to see why this is a con to me)- Low-rise (great when you're thin)................Thankfully the only Velcro is on the flap for the side/thigh pockets. I'm not a fan as my cell doesn't fit fully in the side pocket so one portion ends up being tucked behind it (which works just fine) - but the piece of the Velcro that the flap would otherwise cover ends up grabbing at the material from my top when I'm wearing a uniform dress sweater. When I wear button-ups, the Velcro is NOT an issue and not even noticed. TBH, I'm thrilled that there's no Velcro on the back pockets (something I've run into on other work pants)!I found these pants to run true to size IMO. The 1st pair I bought was a size larger based on reviews I'd read. While I initially thought they fit fine & I do still wear them, I find they're bunched up in front because I have to belt them to stay up. It's not bad if you're shirt covers that part, but by going up a size, I ended up with longer pants which isn't helpful to me. After buying several pair in my actual size instead of sizing up, I have come to realize that what I initially thought was ok, really doesn't feel or look as good as the pants that are all my usual size. Do what's right for you :-)These pants are holding up beautifully. I have 4 pair in 3 colors despite my uniform only being olive drab green (ranger colors). I had the charcoal grey & wear those with my grey dress sweater for meetings.I bought a black pair to wear on vacation to Southern Florida in Dec & was absolutely thrilled with them. If I was still thin, I'd have bought the tan/caramel color. Being at my heaviest weight ever, I wasn't sure if the light color would be flattering & I didn't have time to chance the need to exchange them. The black pants were perfect for vacation. I wore them for travel, sightseeing & out to dinner. They're much lighter and cooler than denim plus look so much nicer.I'm 5'3", with a longer torso. I would love if these pants were a little shorter to start so I could wear them with very flat shoes. Since they're a teeny bit long, I wear them to work with safety toe shoes that keep them just off the ground. For vacation I wore a sandal with a 2½"heel.I love that these pants are not near as bulky or baggy as so many other tactical or work pants are. I've been through many brands and even tried men's Carhartt pants through a work contract. While I bought all these LA Gear pants on my own instead of through work, these are by far the most flattering work pants I've had in over 10 years. Now with that being said, these pants ARE low rise. If you've had other low-rise tactical pants, these may sit a bit higher than some, but lower than others. They're nowhere near midrise when compared to jeans & whatnot.I do wear a belt to help keep these in place, but at 170+ pounds and being over 45 y/o, I would not be thrilled having to tuck a shirt in, especially if it's clingy. I'm able to tuck in a cami or performance wear T-shirt under a polo or button up that I don't tuck in. I know not everyone can get away with that for work. Since I'm one of 2 females surrounded by a bunch of younger men at work, I wouldn't be comfortable with my pants gapping at the back when bending or squatting. If you're wearing a dark color shirt or it's long enough to tuck in loosely (w/o clinginess) you can get away with tucking it in & maybe not looking like you have a major muffin top.I don't need a high-waist, but would like these a tad higher since many of us use these for work and stretch, squat & bend frequently. The fabric of these pants does have a little bit of stretch to them throughout. That's great for movement, but without a belt they may feel like they're falling down a bit as your day goes on, even when they're the perfect size. With a belt, I don't notice an issue like that, but without a belt, both my size 2 coworker & I have had that issue.Overall, she & I love these pants. They're holding up beautifully. IDK about the lighter colors, but the dark green, dark grey & black haven't shown any stains yet. IDK if they're stain resistant or if I've just been lucky. I do believe they repel liquid though which would help prevent staining.Unlike a few other major brands of tactical pants, these pants are not so baggy that I have to hear swishing sounds as I walk. Nope, none of that. These are actually flattering! I never thought I'd find pants I wear as part of my uniform that I also like enough to wear in my personal life. While no pant is perfect and none will fit every body the same, these have been great. If you're on the fence, give them a try.

Fit just right for me
I know a lot of reviews have said the sizing is inaccurate. I wear a size 8 in jeans. Other brand EMS pants that size, I swim in and have to size all the way down to a two like my dress pants and still have a weird fit about them. These pants I get in a size eight and love the fit. They are not baggy and they not tight. I don't have to shimmy my way in them. The upper area is a nice kind of snug for me. I don't have any issues moving around in them. They are a little stiff and not a stretchy as I assumed with the name if them. Not a complete deal breaker. I like how they look and fit on me. I ended up ordering more.

A little more stretch.
I’m usually an in between size 6-8. So I went with the 8. And they fit my legs perfectly but they are really tight around the midsection. For reference I’m 5’9” and 155.

Not for women with butts
I love these pants for the durable material, and pockets. They are not designed for women with butts though. I usually am a size 14 but I purchased an 18 from looking at reviews which works but pooches and gaps at the waist in the back a little and very fitted at thighs and butt. Overall still nice pants just wish they took into account a little curve.

Great quality for your buck
I love just about everything of these pants except that they’re low cut! I will buy another in a larger size to see if this will improve the fit. My shirts have to be longer length in order for them not to show any skin.

A LOT TO LOVE BUT....
OK, First of all, let me start by saying, there is a lot to love about these pants. I ordered the "short" and the inseam was perfect. I normally wear a 29 inch inseam for reference. The pants have great stretch and ample pockets, but they do run extremely small. Right now, I am a size 12 in pants just about across the board and I ordered a 14 and a 16. There really is not much difference between the two. They nearly feel like the same size, and the rise is extremely low. I could order four sizes bigger and my crack would still feel like it is hanging out. BUT, I love the feel and the stretch so I am going to keep the 16's and see how they feel after wearing them a while. The rise feels the same in my 5.11 pants. I have not been able to find a tactical pant with a higher rise which is very disappointing.

Fit is great, not heavy duty
These are really comfortable pants and they fit great but the fabric is pretty thin. Definitely better for mild weather and light duty. If you wear these in the woods they might get snagged

FITS LIKE PANTS 2 SIZES SMALLER
Pants are nice material, but after reading reviews - I ordered a 24. I weight about 245. I'm short (5'3") with thick thighs and a large behind. The material in the back end could have more to cover more of my butt. I had to keep pulling them up. There is still a gap in the back waist (not built for curvy girls). These were my last hope as all the other EMS pants were WAY too small. I normally wear an 18-20 and these are TIGHT. I can squat thank God for thicker material. But they are tight on my thighs. The length is PERFECT though.

Good for the price
As someone who wears a uniform everyday, comfort matters. The pants fit overall pretty well, material is a tad thin so I worry how long they will last. But overall, colour was correct, size runs small so size up and they’re comfortable!

Pretty good quality!
The pants are stretchable and comfortable. You can sit/run/exercise easily. I wish they were more high waist, but I think it's an issue with pretty much all tactical pants. I'm 168 tall, and the regular length I ordered was a bit short. So next time will definitely go for long. My hips about 98 cm and the size 8 ended up being big for me, especially at waist, but belt helps :) so I'm wearing them for work. Next time will take 6 long. I like the quality and would definitely recommend them.

Very satisfied with purchase
Was very pleased that they offered my size as I struggle being short and slim. They fit GREAT, seem well made so they should last and I have two more pairs coming

Small fit
Not that stretchy. Cool design. Small fit. Order at least one size up.
