One small click and you're on to a winner
Hypnosis is a much underestimated concept. But it works! Best of all is that the power is in us to adapt and beat these beasts which attempt to hold us back. We are all capable human beings. This cd (infact any of Rachel Eccles' work) helps the individual to take a great leap forward towards realising their true potential.Buy it, try it, succeed and pass the message on.

Why shouldn’t you do this if you have epilepsy?
I got this as my fear of public speaking is getting in the way of my work. I put it on last night and it said (for all 3 tracks) not to do if you have epilepsy. I do have epilepsy. I’m wondering why I shouldn’t do this?

wow what a change!
I had to do a keynote speech in front of 160 heads and other school staff.Well firstly I had already been reading "In the Spotlight: Overcome YourFear of Public Speaking and Performing" by Janet Esposito. I found itreally helpful. The problem was I still kept getting panic attacks and aterrible sense of dread every time I though of doing the speech and this hadbeen going on for several months. I knew I had to do something more becauseas it was there was no way I would be able to deliver my speech with outhaving a breakdown! It didn't help that a few months before I had tried togive a speech for a much smaller group (20) and I fainted. Luckily it waspassed off as if I was coming down with something so I went a long withthat!! I am telling you all this because I wanted you to get a feel for howhard I found public speaking. The strange thing is when I am training alarge group (I do this all the time) I am comfortable and happy. I justcouldn't do the whole standing still in one place and delivering a speech. Ijust felt very self conscious and I was afraid people might get up and walkout or say something horrible or that I would forget what I wanted to say. When I got this CD I kept an open mind as I really needed help. The firstthing that I loved was Rachael Eccles voice. It is so clear and soft that it was easy to listen to and accept. I found everything she suggest was easy to followand I did not really have to think or try hard to just let go. I listened tothe CD twice a day (morning and bed time) every day for seven days (not muchtime I know) and each time I did this I found after I was able to thinkabout my speech with out so much panic. In fact as the days went by Ihonestly felt clam about my speech for the first time in months. I was ableto go about my day with out stopping and panicking thinking of ways to getout off doing the speech. On the day of the speech I was amazed at how confident and calm I felt. Iactually felt excited about delivering it! As I sat in the front row waitingto be introduced I just felt as though I was in control. It was almost as ifI had a friend with me that was telling me everything was fine. As I got up tospeak I just felt as though this was the most normal thing to do and afterthe first minute or two I told my first anecdotal story, the odd little jokeand generally gained a good rapour with the audience. I was speaking for 75mins but it went so fast I was almost sorry it was over. I got a big roundof applause and latter I was told that last year's speaker was a disaster andquite boaring. I also received a card from the sponsor saying thank you forsuch an enjoyable and inspiring talk! I would highly recommend this CD.Self Hypnosis Public Speaking Anxiety Hypnotherapy CD Self Hypnosis Public Speaking Anxiety Hypnotherapy CD

It works!
Really works! If you are terrified of having to speak I. Front of others, whether that be in a small group, meeting, or a stand up speech, this CD changes your perception of the event beforehand. If you dread the situation for days before, or whether you hate being put on the spot, this will certainly help you. It helped me! I can face these situations very easily now without the stomach churning and fear. Rachel’s voice is soothing and calming and easy to accept. What have you got to lose? Try it with an open mind, and listen daily for a few weeks to see changes. Thank you Rachel, may we meet one day!

Makes public speaking easy and pleasurable
My boss described me as an inspirational and motivational public speaker. It's all thanks to this CD and Rachael Eccles. Public speaking is no longer an anxiety inducing chore. I feel confident, easy and colleagues have noticed too. Great CD

brilliant - and relaxing too!
I have listened to this regularly after one hypnotherapy session with Rachael. Although I felt much more relaxed and confident after the initial 1:1 hypnotherapy session, listening to the MP3 has really established this feeling consistently. Beforehand, being in a public speaking situation (as a trainer) made me extremely nauseous, sweaty and shaky - and I would struggle sleeping during the week leading up to it. Just thinking about what was ahead would make me feel sick. Now, I feel really positive about being a trainer. It works. I don't know how - but it really does. I don't experience any extreme symptoms of anxiety now. I still listen to the MP3, as it is so relaxing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. :)
